    TOM 9- Stepping in to the deep end, First 30 mile Week

    I'm done waiting. Despite Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS) taking more from me than I can give at times, I'm choosing to move forward instead of standing still. This week marks my first 30+ mile running week—33 miles—and the start of proving that I can live with HS rather than simply survive it. This isn't about pretending everything is fine; it's about refusing to let the status quo decide my future. Can you relate to those thoughts? If you're battling something of your own, this journey is for you. Let's see where it leads. Disclaimer: I know everything in terms of intentions in and around me via actions of people. Still trying to find the balance between articulation & natural law thoughts, we know everything we need to know, do we choose to make the right choices is the paradox. That’s where I find myself, I’m sure many others too. Nature of we are 1 of 1 but no one is special. That is to say things can have a particular purpose; we can expand on this. Short of it. the human definition of "special" is a psychological manipulation of reality.     TOM 8- Isit me? SUB 20 WHERE art....

    11 weeks to go for the half marathon it’s time to dial in & focus and put routine to everything to ensure we get the most of what we need to get from the running. Can I get there without a stretch.

    After a shelved surgery; I find myself losing 1 of week in my training and it’s a shame as I was making steady progress; I have to dig deep hoping the health will enable training to resume as normal .

    TOM 5 - Fitness For the Half Marathon

    Training is really difficult at the moment with the HS Flares; but the commitment I have for this is second to non if I can push my body just that bit more I can settle into a routine & rhythm. I need 50miles weeks by mid July fingers crossed.

    TOM 4- Taking on Skegness Beach 10k

    I love the Seaside, and when it’s only 2 hrs drive away, why not? Caravan too? Yeah, I’m in. Can I enjoy it though? Let’s find out. Will I ever go back, I’d like to think so, thick skin & all. Ps next podcast is purely running & I imagined to sprint. ( that will make sense next time )

    TOM 2- The Shambles Of 23 ( London Marathon )

    Apologies for the interference with sound* Did someone say wall. I ran this marathon for children with cancer to raise awareness & capital to fund their actions helping diagnosis, prevention, education and life support. A great cause, with very little respect shown to the whole event! And I will make sure to atone my actions moving forward with my running.
