Chronically Trying: Part 2 Sleep Study & Murder Mystery !

This episode of Chronically Trying looks a little different. 🤍 After going through a sleep study, I decided that this week didn’t need to be another huge adventure. Instead, Jen and I slowed things down, stayed in, made dinner, and played a murder mystery game together. Living with chronic illness can sometimes make you feel like you constantly have to prove that you’re still living — going places, trying things, pushing yourself and saying yes even when your body is asking you to slow down. But not everything has to be go, go, go all the time. Sometimes trying looks like climbing a mountain, and sometimes it looks like putting on comfy clothes, making dinner with someone you love, and spending the night trying to solve a murder mystery from the kitchen table. Resting doesn’t mean life has to stop being fun. Adventure can be big, small, exciting, cozy, or somewhere in between. Adventure looks different for everyone — and this week, ours happened at home. 🤍
