Don’t Stay Stuck: Reinvention, Leadership & the AI Era | Ft. Judi Partridge

Don’t Stay Stuck: Reinvention, Leadership & the AI Era | FT. Judi Partridge What does it take to reinvent yourself when the career, technology and world around you keep changing? And in an era shaped by artificial intelligence, how do leaders continue to evolve without losing trust, judgment and the human qualities that matter most? In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. + Impact.™, Kristina Shea sits down with Judi Partridge, business leader, former municipal councillor and government relations professional with PAI Government Relations, for a conversation about reinvention, leadership, resilience, public trust, governance and navigating change in the AI era. Judi’s career has crossed entrepreneurship, marketing and communications, corporate leadership, public service and governance. Through each chapter, she has continued to reinvent herself. She calls it her “rewire.” But this conversation is not only about changing careers. It is about knowing when a chapter no longer fits, separating your identity from your title, learning from setbacks and having the courage to keep moving forward. Judi shares what being fired early in her career taught her about resilience, what 12 years in municipal government taught her about influence and decision-making, and why some of the most important people in a room may be the quietest ones. Kristina and Judi also explore leadership in the AI era, including governance, transparency, accountability, Canadian data sovereignty, AI infrastructure and why organizations cannot simply wait to see where artificial intelligence goes. And throughout the conversation, one idea keeps coming back: Don’t stay stuck. ✅ Why leaders should pay attention to the quiet people in the room ✅ Why strong governance matters as artificial intelligence accelerates ✅ AI transparency, accountability and responsible adoption ✅ Data centres, digital infrastructure and Canadian data sovereignty ✅ Why boards and organizations need to understand AI before a crisis forces them to ✅ The importance of lifelong learning and a growth mindset ✅ Judi’s advice to her younger self ✅ Why reinvention does not have an age limit “I call it my rewire.” That idea sits at the heart of this conversation. Careers change.Technology changes.Organizations change.Life changes. Reinvention does not mean discarding everything you have built. It means taking your experience, judgment, relationships and lessons forward while being willing to rewire what no longer serves where you are going next. And as AI changes how we work, communicate, market, build brands and grow businesses, trust, creativity, accountability, judgment and leadership remain deeply human responsibilities. We Must Adapt: AI, Leadership & Burlington’s Future I ft. Rory Nisan

What does leadership look like when everything around us is changing? And as AI, affordability, public trust and economic pressure reshape our communities, how do leaders make sure people are not left behind? In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. + Impact.™, Kristina sits down with Rory Nisan, Burlington Ward 3 City and Regional Councillor and candidate for Mayor of Burlington in the 2026 municipal election, for a conversation about leadership, public service, AI, affordability, economic growth, data sovereignty, trust and Burlington’s future. Rory grew up in Burlington’s Brant Hills neighbourhood before serving Canada as a Foreign Service officer, including work involving human rights negotiations at the United Nations and strategic communications at Canada’s delegation to NATO. But this conversation is not only about politics. It is about how leadership develops, why public service should be rooted in purpose, and what it takes to adapt when the pace of change keeps accelerating. Rory shares why he believes “leadership is like a muscle” and why elected office is something leaders borrow from residents rather than own. Kristina and Rory also explore the role AI could play in local government, how cities can improve efficiency without losing human accountability, Canadian data sovereignty, misinformation, deepfakes and why trust and culture still matter in an increasingly AI-powered world. ✅ Why Rory decided to run for Mayor of Burlington ✅ His journey from Brant Hills to Canada’s Foreign Service, the United Nations and NATO ✅ Why leadership is like a muscle ✅ Why elected office is something leaders borrow from residents ✅ Affordability, fiscal responsibility and quality of life ✅ Why small business, jobs and economic growth matter to Burlington’s future ✅ How AI could improve government efficiency and service delivery ✅ Why AI still requires governance, transparency and human accountability ✅ Data centres, digital infrastructure and Canadian data sovereignty ✅ AI-generated misinformation, deepfakes and protecting public trust ✅ Preparing businesses, workers and communities for accelerating technological change ✅ Why culture and mindset still matter as AI transforms organizations “Leadership is like a muscle.” That idea sits at the heart of this conversation. Leadership is not only about holding a title. It is about doing the uncomfortable work, building judgment, making decisions, earning trust and being willing to adapt when the world around you changes. We must adapt. Women, Wealth + AI: The Money Conversation We Need to Have | ft. Anthony Ierullo

Why are so many women still uncomfortable talking about money? And as AI creates new ways to build income, expertise and opportunity, how do women make sure they are also building real financial confidence and lasting wealth? In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. + Impact.™, Kristina sits down with Anthony Ierullo, Wealth Advisor with IG Wealth Management, for an open and deeply personal conversation about money, mindset, wealth, resilience, AI and preparing for the unexpected. Anthony has spent more than 15 years helping individuals, entrepreneurs and families make important financial decisions. But his perspective on wealth and preparation is also deeply personal. From losing his mother unexpectedly to supporting his youngest daughter, Madison, through high-risk Acute Myeloid Leukemia, Anthony shares why financial planning is about far more than numbers. It is about choices, protection, peace of mind and being prepared when life changes. Kristina and Anthony also explore the intersection of AI literacy and financial literacy, including how women can use AI to ask better questions, amplify their expertise, build new income opportunities and become more confident about their financial future. ✅ Why women need to talk more openly about money✅ The emotional side of wealth and financial decision-making✅ Why earning a high income does not automatically mean building wealth✅ What Anthony learned from losing his mother unexpectedly✅ His daughter Madison’s battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia✅ Why insurance, emergency planning and income protection matter✅ The financial realities facing entrepreneurs and contractors✅ Why business owners need to build personal wealth outside their businesses✅ Risk tolerance, real estate and understanding your financial personality✅ Creating multiple streams of income✅ Why AI and financial literacy belong in the same conversation✅ How women can use AI to build knowledge, systems, IP and new opportunities✅ Why human financial guidance still matters in an AI-powered world✅ The deeper meaning of wealth: health, time and happiness “Put your own oxygen mask on first.” That idea sits at the heart of this conversation. Building wealth is not only about accumulating more. It is about having the confidence, knowledge and financial foundation to take care of yourself, support the people you love and create more choices for your future. 🌐 https://KristinaShea.AI🔗 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristina-shea-pmp-66a8b55/🔗 WomenUp™: https://www.linkedin.com/company/womenupai/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thekristinasheashow/ Anthony IerulloWealth Advisor, IG Wealth Management 🔗 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/anthony-ierullo-568614207/🌐 IG Wealth Management: https://www.ig.ca/en/advisor/anthony_ierullo Kristina and Anthony will continue the conversation live at Women & Wealth on October 13, 2026 at IG Wealth Management in Mississauga. 🎟️ Registration: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/women-and-wealth-tickets-1998985421206?aff=oddtdtcreator Follow The Kristina Shea Show: AI. The Future of Work Isn't What You Think | ft. Chris Carter

What happens when fatherhood, community leadership and AI come together? And as artificial intelligence transforms work and society, how do we ensure technology strengthens human connection rather than replacing it? In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. + Impact.™, Kristina sits down with Chris Carter, entrepreneur, community builder, proud girl dad and co-founder of Burlington Dads, to explore fatherhood, leadership, male allyship, AI and the power of community. What began as a Facebook group has grown into a movement of more than 7,000 fathers supporting one another, strengthening families and giving back across Burlington. For Chris, brotherhood is about more than friendship. It is about creating a space where men can ask for help, speak honestly, find belonging and show up for their families and community. Chris is also a proud feminist and male ally who wants his daughters to grow up knowing there is no glass ceiling. He believes strength and empathy can coexist and that fatherhood may be the most important leadership role a man will ever hold. That belief helped inspire Shit My Dad Taught Me, the podcast Chris co-hosts with Jamie Kozub. Through candid stories, humour and hard-earned lessons, the show explores fatherhood, modern masculinity, relationships and the wisdom passed from one generation to the next. Kristina and Chris also explore how AI is changing business, leadership and work. As Founder and CEO of Implemented.io, Chris helps organizations move beyond AI hype and implement practical technology, automation and AI systems. Some of the biggest AI wins are not the flashiest. They come from mapping workflows, connecting existing systems, eliminating repetitive tasks and allowing talented people to focus on more meaningful work. They also discuss responsible AI, biased data, workforce adoption and human oversight. AI can automate a task, analyze information and personalize an experience. But can it build trust, belonging and genuine community? Used intentionally, AI should not diminish human connection. It should amplify our capacity to create it. It is ambition with impact. IN THIS EPISODE: ✅ Growing Burlington Dads into a movement of 7,000+ fathers✅ Brotherhood, belonging and safe spaces for men✅ Fatherhood as leadership✅ Raising confident daughters without a glass ceiling✅ Feminism, male allyship and modern masculinity✅ The story behind Shit My Dad Taught Me✅ Moving beyond AI hype to implementation✅ AI automation, workflows and measurable ROI✅ AI bias, governance and human oversight✅ Whether AI will replace or amplify human connection “Let’s take our good people and let them do some good.” CONNECT WITH KRISTINA SHEA 💼 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristina-shea-pmp-66a8b55/🎙️ Show LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/the-kristina-shea-show/🔷 WomenUp™: https://www.linkedin.com/company/womenupai/🌐 Website: https://kristinashea.ai/📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thekristinasheashow/📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheKristinaSheaShow/ CONNECT WITH OUR GUEST Chris Carter is an entrepreneur, community leader, podcast host and proud girl dad. Can AI Create the WOW? Inside Niagara 5000 I ft. Alana Hurov

What happens when AI meets supercars, private aviation and luxury experiences? And as artificial intelligence transforms what we can create, could human-first experiences become more valuable than ever? In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. + Impact.™, Kristina sits down with Alana Hurov, Founder and CEO of Niagara 5000, to explore AI, entrepreneurship, women in leadership, luxury, aviation and why extraordinary experiences may be AI-powered, but human-first. Alana’s career has never followed a straight line. There have been sharp curves along the way, but today she is firmly in the fast lane. From journalism and television to marketing and luxury hospitality, each chapter helped prepare her to build Niagara 5000. It started with a McLaren street party in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Approximately 30 McLarens, a $500 budget and thousands of people showed up. Alana saw something bigger. Today, Niagara 5000 brings together supercars, private aviation, luxury and tourism to create cinematic experiences showcasing Niagara from the ground to the sky. Kristina and Alana also explore how AI is changing business, luxury and live experiences. AI is used behind the scenes across personalization, ticketing and the customer experience. For entrepreneurs and small businesses, AI can be an equalizer, unlocking capabilities once available primarily to larger organizations. But as a former journalist, Alana also raises questions about AI-generated content, misinformation and trust. AI can create the image. But it cannot recreate the roar of hundreds of supercars, the energy of a live experience or the human story driving it. Behind Niagara 5000 is an even deeper purpose. After Alana’s daughter Katherine developed juvenile arthritis, McMaster Children’s Hospital became an important part of their lives. Today, Katherine is active and in medicated remission, and Niagara 5000 helps support the hospital that helped her daughter walk again. It is ambition with impact. IN THIS EPISODE: ✅ Building Niagara 5000 from one bold idea ✅ Supercars, private aviation and luxury ✅ Women leading in automotive and aviation ✅ AI, ChatGPT and personalized experiences ✅ AI as an equalizer for small businesses ✅ AI-generated content, trust and human oversight ✅ Why experiences should be AI-powered but human-first ✅ McMaster Children’s Hospital and purpose “If people don’t leave saying ‘wow,’ we didn’t do our job.” CONNECT WITH KRISTINA SHEA 💼 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristina-shea-pmp-66a8b55/ 🎙️ Show LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/the-kristina-shea-show/ 🔷 WomenUp™: https://www.linkedin.com/company/womenupai/ 🌐 Website: https://kristinashea.ai/ 📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thekristinasheashow/ 📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheKristinaSheaShow/ CONNECT WITH OUR GUEST Alana Hurov is Founder and CEO of Niagara 5000, bringing together automotive, aviation, luxury, tourism and philanthropy in Niagara. Rewriting the Playbook for Women’s Sports | ft. Brenda Andress, SheIS

What happens when women stop trying to fit into systems that weren’t built for them and start building their own? In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. Impact.™, Kristina sits down with Brenda Andress, Founder and CEO of SheIS, advancing women in sports through visibility, storytelling and community. Brenda has spent a lifetime in sports as an athlete, referee, coach, commissioner and executive. Her journey began when girls were not expected to play hockey and grew into a career creating opportunities for women across sports. Today, she is building the next evolution of SheIS and the SheIS Sports Network, a digital platform bringing women’s sports stories, athletes, fans and communities together. Women’s sports have not suddenly arrived. Women have been playing, competing, leading and building for generations. What is changing is the attention. Media creates visibility. Visibility builds audiences. Audiences attract sponsorship and investment, creating greater opportunities for female athletes, leagues and founders. At the heart of Brenda’s philosophy is a powerful challenge: “We don’t need to fit in. We need to create our own.” Kristina and Brenda explore how storytelling can change who gets seen, funded and remembered, and why female athletes can become media brands, entrepreneurs and businesses beyond competition. They also examine how AI and technology could accelerate the visibility of women’s sports. Brenda shares how SheIS plans to use AI to surface stories globally and support content review, while maintaining human oversight. The conversation also gets personal. Brenda shares what shaped her leadership, from finally playing hockey at 16 to the women and mentors who believed in her and taught her one of the most important lessons of her career: Ask. Ask for help. Ask for mentorship. Ask for the opportunity. Ask for the investment. IN THIS EPISODE: ✓ Why women’s sports are having a global moment✓ Brenda Andress’ journey from athlete to sports executive and founder✓ The evolution of SheIS and the SheIS Sports Network✓ Why visibility matters to women’s sports✓ Storytelling and preserving women’s “her stories”✓ Female athletes as media brands and entrepreneurs✓ Sponsorship, investment and the economics of women’s sports✓ The investment gap facing female founders✓ How AI can support sports discovery and visibility✓ Why AI should remain human-led✓ Building new systems instead of fitting into existing ones✓ Mentorship and the power of asking✓ The future of women’s sports One of the most powerful ideas from the conversation: “Don’t lose your idea to fit in.” CONNECT WITH KRISTINA SHEA 💼 LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kristina-shea-pmp-66a8b55/🎙️ Show LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/the-kristina-shea-show/🔷 WomenUp™: https://www.linkedin.com/company/womenupai/🌐 Website: https://kristinashea.ai📸 Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thekristinasheashow/📘 Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/TheKristinaSheaShow/ CONNECT WITH OUR GUEST Brenda Andress is Founder and CEO of SheIS and the SheIS Sports Network. What Makes a Real Leader? | Burlington Mayoral Candidate Lisa Kearns What makes someone ready to lead a city? In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. Impact.™, Kristina sits down with Lisa Kearns, candidate for Mayor of Burlington in the 2026 municipal election. Lisa serves as Burlington’s Ward 2 and Halton Regional Councillor and Deputy Mayor for Community Engagement and Partnerships. Before public service, she built an executive career spanning manufacturing, advertising, healthcare and strategic procurement. Raised in a working-class family in Hamilton, Lisa worked throughout high school and university and became the first in her family to earn a university degree. Her path into public service began when her community encouraged her to step forward, first as a councillor and now as a candidate for mayor. Lisa shares the experiences that shaped her, why she decided to run for Mayor of Burlington and what authentic, accessible and accountable municipal leadership should look like. At the heart of the conversation is Lisa’s idea of “contributorship,” a play on leadership that shifts the focus from titles and authority to service, participation and meaningful contribution. Kristina and Lisa also examine how AI is reshaping leadership, public trust and community life. They explore its potential to improve healthcare, municipal services and workplace efficiency, alongside misinformation, deepfakes, voice cloning, bias and AI-enabled fraud. The conversation highlights the need for AI literacy, critical thinking, source verification, responsible governance and public participation to ensure AI remains human-first and human-led. IN THIS EPISODE: ✓ Why Lisa Kearns is running for Mayor of Burlington ✓ How her working-class upbringing shaped her leadership ✓ Moving from corporate leadership into public service ✓ Why Burlington’s mayoral election will be about leadership ✓ Authentic and accountable municipal leadership ✓ “Contributorship” and why impact matters more than titles ✓ Women supporting women through collaboration ✓ Building trust in an increasingly AI-generated world ✓ AI opportunities and risks for municipalities ✓ Why responsible, human-led AI governance matters One of the most powerful ideas from the conversation: “Success is not guaranteed. Redefining Wealth: Money, Muscle, Mindset & AI | ft. Gillian Stovel Rivers

You’ve built the career. You’ve made the money. You’ve done everything “right.” So why doesn’t success feel like success? For many high-performing women, success on paper can come at the expense of time, energy, attention and even the ability to enjoy what they’ve built. In this episode of The Kristina Shea Show: AI. Ambition. + Impact.™, Kristina sits down with Gillian Stovel Rivers, Senior Wealth Advisor, founder of Flourish Family Wealth, host of The Flourish Feed, CrossFit coach, competitive masters athlete and neuroscience performance coach. After stepping into her father’s business and tripling it, Gillian developed a very different perspective on what it means to be successful and truly wealthy. Because financial success is only part of the equation. Together, Kristina and Gillian explore how we can redefine wealth around four critical resources: money, time, energy and attention, and how AI can help us protect, optimize and make better use of each, rather than simply pushing us to do more. IN THIS EPISODE: ✓ Why success on paper doesn’t always feel like success in real life✓ The four forms of wealth: money, time, energy and attention✓ Muscle, money and mindset✓ The hidden cost of unpaid labour and investing outward first✓ Why high performance without recovery is unsustainable✓ Why systems can be more powerful than willpower✓ Cognitive overload and the importance of cognitive hygiene✓ How AI could give us back time, or simply encourage us to do more✓ Using AI without outsourcing our own intelligence✓ Whether AI could help close the wealth gap for women✓ Why women need a voice in how AI reshapes work, wealth and society One of the most powerful ideas from the conversation: Stop tolerating being left out. Start asking for what you want. And if you can’t get it, create it. This is a conversation about success, wealth and high performance in the age of AI, and building a life you actually have the time, energy, health and attention to enjoy.
