The Person You’re Becoming Is Already Here... | Ep.10

In this final episode of The Summer of Becoming, I’m reflecting on everything it has taken to get here. So much of becoming can feel like chasing a future version of yourself—someone more healed, more confident, more certain, or more whole. But maybe the person you are becoming is not somewhere far away. Maybe they have been here all along, underneath the fear, the pressure, and the versions of you that learned how to survive. This episode is a reminder to honor how far you have come, trust what is still unfolding, and recognize the person you are becoming in the person you already are. Love Always,   Myles

Trusting Yourself Again... | Episode 9

In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to rebuild trust with yourself after disappointment, heartbreak, or the moments when you ignored what you already knew. Sometimes we stop trusting ourselves because we blame ourselves for the choices we made, the people we stayed with, or the signs we did not listen to. But self-trust is not about never getting it wrong. It is about learning to listen to yourself with more honesty, compassion, and courage. I’m reflecting on how we begin coming back to ourselves and believing that we can hold our own lives with care again. Love Always,   Myles

You Can’t Take Every Version of You Into the Next Season... | Episode 8

In this episode, I’m talking about the versions of ourselves we sometimes have to leave behind in order to grow. There are habits, fears, relationships, and survival patterns that may have once protected us, but cannot always come with us into the life we are trying to build. Letting go of them can feel unfamiliar, even when we know we have outgrown them. I’m reflecting on what it means to honor who you had to be while making space for who you are becoming. Love Always,   Myles

The courage to keep becoming... | Episode 7

In this episode, I’m talking about the kind of courage it takes to keep choosing yourself, especially when growth feels slow, uncertain, or lonely. Becoming is not always loud or easy. Sometimes it looks like setting a boundary, changing your mind, starting again, or continuing to believe in the life you are building even when no one else can see it yet. I’m reflecting on the quiet bravery of staying committed to yourself and trusting that every small choice is helping you become who you are meant to be. Love Always,   Myles

Stop Running From What Your Soul Keeps Pulling You Toward.... | Episode 6

In this episode, I’m talking about the things we keep feeling called toward, even when they scare us. Sometimes we know there is a version of our life waiting for us, but fear, comfort, doubt, or old habits keep us from moving toward it. We wait until we feel fully ready, but the truth is that growth rarely comes with certainty. I’m reflecting on what it means to stop avoiding the things that keep calling your name and start trusting yourself enough to take the next step. Love Always,   Myles

Made over from broken pieces... | Episode 5

In this episode, I’m talking about what it means to keep becoming after life has changed you. Some parts of us are shaped by heartbreak, grief, disappointment, and the moments we did not think we would make it through. But being changed by those experiences does not mean we are ruined. I’m reflecting on the quiet work of rebuilding yourself, honoring what you have survived, and trusting that even the broken pieces can become part of something beautiful. Love Always,   Myles

The Way You Love Was Learned... | Episode 4

In this episode, I’m reflecting on the ways our earliest experiences can shape how we give, receive, and understand love. The way we communicate, what we tolerate, what makes us feel safe, and even what we mistake for love can all be connected to what we learned growing up. This is not about blaming the people who raised us or judging ourselves for what we did not know. It is about becoming aware of the patterns we carry so we can choose what love looks like for us now. Love Always,   Myles

You Don’t Have To Perform Here... | Episode 3

Dear you, In this episode, I’m talking about the pressure to always seem okay, have the right words, and show up as the version of yourself everyone expects. Sometimes we learn to perform strength, happiness, or healing because we are afraid of what will happen if people see the truth. But you do not have to earn softness, safety, or love through pretending. This is a reminder that you are allowed to be honest about where you are. You are allowed to take off the mask. And you do not have to perform here. Love Always,   Myles

Why It’s So Hard to Let Go (Even When You Know)

Letting go is rarely as simple as knowing I should. In this episode, I’m talking about why we hold on to people, patterns, and versions of life that no longer feel good for us. From attachment and familiarity to grief and hope, this is a conversation about giving your heart time to catch up with what you already know. Love Always,Myles
