    Going out sober was awful, uncomfortable, and not fun when I would first go out. BUT it doesn't have to stay that way. Now I actually have more fun, feel more confident, present, intentional, and free. And waking up without a hangover feeling refreshed and aligned is the best feeling. 1. How to get comfortable with the uncomfortable 2. How to turn down drinks at the bar and in the club (keeping it casual and no trauma dumping) 4. BONUS: Going on dates sober tips!!
