Walking with Jesus

Walking with Jesus Ministries

Walking with Jesus: The Listening Habit 15 Minutes Monday to Friday Hear. Walk. Become. "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me." — John 10:27. Walking with Jesus is 15 minutes a day with the actual words of Christ, straight from the KJV. No commentary, no sermon — just Scripture, read aloud. Some days a single Gospel, some days all four woven together. 5 days a week, not 7 — a rhythm you can actually keep. His words stay with you. They come back when you need them. And before long, you're not just making time to hear His voice—you've made room for it. Bring Jesus into the hour you're already living…and let Him take it from there. Start today.

    Blessed Is He That Cometh

Passages: John 11:45-57; John 12:1-11; Luke 18:31-19:10; Luke 19:11-27; Luke 19:28-40 & John 12:12-19; Luke 19:41-48 News of Lazarus raised from the dead reaches the Pharisees, who go to the chief priests, and from that day the plan to kill Jesus is set — so he withdraws with his disciples to a town called Ephraim. Six days before the Passover, at a dinner in Bethany, Mary anoints Jesus' feet with a pound of expensive ointment, an act Judas complains is wasteful. On the road up to Jerusalem, Jesus takes the twelve aside and tells them plainly what awaits him there, then restores sight to a blind beggar named Bartimaeus and calls a tax collector named Zacchaeus down from a sycamore tree. Because the crowd supposes the kingdom will appear the moment Jesus reaches the city, he tells a parable about a nobleman's servants entrusted with money while he's away. The next day, both Luke and John record the same scene: Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey's colt as the crowd spreads palm branches and shouts Hosanna. Seeing the city, he weeps over it, then clears the temple courts a second time. We are in a Luke-John Harmony. Today's episode covers: John 11:45-57; John 12:1-11; Luke 18:31-19:10; Luke 19:11-27; Luke 19:28-40 & John 12:12-19; Luke 19:41-48 (The Plot to Kill Jesus and the Withdrawal to Ephraim; Mary Anoints Jesus; Jesus Predicts His Death Again; Bartimaeus and Zacchaeus; The Parable of the Ten Minas; The Triumphal Entry; Weeping over Jerusalem and the Temple Cleared Again).
