    19. Why Your Soul Chose This Life: Suffering, Lessons & Finding True Wholeness

In today’s episode, we explore the soul's perspective on human life, why we experience suffering and dark chapters, and how to realize that you are already whole, complete, and worthy. Learn why your soul chose this human experience, how painful patterns are actually invitations to choose yourself, and how a simple gratitude shift can reveal that 99% of your happiness is already standing right beside you. We talk about the idea of a soul blueprint, why the same lessons can keep showing up in different forms, pure consciousness and oneness, and why the feeling that “something is missing” may actually be pointing us back to something we've forgotten. And at the end, I share one of my favorite exercises for realizing just how much happiness is already in your life—the things we take for granted that are worth infinitely more than the things we're still chasing. You can still have dreams. You can still desire more. But you don't have to wait for your life to change before you recognize the beauty of the life you already have. In today's episode, we're talking about future-self embodiment, identity, and how to stop living like you're waiting for your dream life to finally begin. We'll talk about: - Why constantly wanting something can keep you focused on not having it - How your identity shapes the way you think, feel, and act - Neuroplasticity and why a new version of you can feel uncomfortable at first - How to visualize your future self differently - How to start embodying her through small everyday choices 🤍 FUTURE SELF MEDITATIONhttps://youtu.be/IHjcZ11yotw 🤍 WATCH NEXT: SCARCITY MINDSEThttps://youtu.be/t9LQTqzJOAc 0:00 intro 1:53 Why Identity Matters More Than Wanting 3:45 The Science of Familiarity: Why the New You Feels Unnatural 4:51 How I Transformed My Identity Through Fitness 6:38 Neuroplasticity & Training Your Brain for a New Reality 7:42 How to Use Visualization for Mental Rehearsal 9:27 Three steps to embody your future self ---------------------------------------- 🌿 SUBSCRIBE TO BEING UNTETHERED: Join the community for weekly conversations on spirituality, manifestation, self-concept, and inner healing: 📱 CONNECT WITH ME: Website: https://www.beinguntethered.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_withmihoo Podcast: https://open.spotify.com/show/033Vljy47sgNhXdyzAWAYD?si=bd24d7f306564276 ----------------------------------------

    17. What’s Meant for You Will Never Pass You By

In today's episode, we’re talking about the feeling of being behind in life, why we compare our timeline to everyone else’s, and how learning to trust my own path and divine timing completely changed the way I see my life. I also share my own experience of living in Canada while watching friends and family back in Japan reach completely different milestones—and why coming back to Japan once made me afraid that I would feel “behind.” We’ll talk about: 🤍 Why we feel behind when we compare ourselves to other people 🤍 The timelines and expectations we absorb without realizing it 🤍 What neuroscience says happens when comparison makes us feel behind 🤍 How to figure out whether the life you’re chasing is actually the life YOU want 🤍 Why the dream can be yours without the deadline being yours 🤍 How comparison can pull you away from your own path 🤍 Trusting divine timing and surrendering the need to control when things happen 🤍 Why what’s meant for you will not pass you by 🤍 How to keep chasing your dreams without forgetting to enjoy your life right now 0:00 intro 2:37 where this feeling of "being behind" comes from 3:56 why chasing external timelines causes burnout & pressure 4:40 the neuroscience of comparison and stress respond 5:25 three journal prompts to uncover what YOU want 7:57 the power of surrender & trusting divine timing -------------------- 🌿 SUBSCRIBE TO BEING UNTETHERED: Join the community for weekly conversations on spirituality, manifestation, self-concept, and inner healing: 📱 CONNECT WITH ME: Website: https://www.beinguntethered.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_withmihoo --------------------

    15. how to develop an abundance mindset & stop living in lack

In today's episode, Miho shares her own journey from scarcity to abundance and some of the small everyday moments that made her realize just how deeply this mindset was showing up in her life. We’ll talk about: ⭐︎ The difference between a scarcity mindset and an abundance mindset ⭐︎ How scarcity can show up through jealousy, comparison, fear, money, relationships, and even small everyday situations ⭐︎ Why focusing on what you lack keeps you in the energy of lack ⭐︎ How I started recognizing scarcity in my own life ⭐︎ How gratitude helped me shift my focus toward abundance ⭐︎ How to stop focusing on the gap between where you are and where you want to be ⭐︎ How to start embodying the energy of abundance now One of the biggest things I’ve learned is that abundance isn’t something we have to wait for. There is already so much around us that we overlook every single day because we’re too focused on what we don’t have yet. So I want to leave you with one question: What is one thing in your life right now that you’ve been taking for granted that is actually evidence of your abundance? Abundance isn’t something you go out and find. It’s something you tune into. Shift your energy, and watch your world shift with it. 🤍 about me: Hi, I'm Miho :) I share my spiritual journey, self-growth experiences, and everything I’ve learned about feminine energy, self-worth, and becoming more aligned with your true self. 14. Forgiveness is self-love | let go of resentment & manifest your new life

In today's episode, Miho is talking about forgiveness, resentment, self-love, and manifestation—and why releasing the past can be such a powerful part of becoming the version of ourselves we’re trying to step into. Sometimes we’re doing all the affirmations, visualization, self-concept work, and manifestation techniques… while still carrying anger, betrayal, hurt, or resentment from years ago. And sometimes, creating space for something new isn’t about doing more. Sometimes it’s about releasing what you no longer need to carry. In this episode, she talks about: ⭐︎ Why resentment can keep you emotionally connected to the past ⭐︎ How past experiences can influence your self-concept and relationships ⭐︎ What forgiveness actually means—and what it DOESN’T mean ⭐︎ Why forgiveness doesn’t mean forgetting or accepting what someone did ⭐︎ The connection between forgiveness, manifestation, and your energy ⭐︎ How your brain and nervous system can hold onto old emotional patterns ⭐︎ Why forgiveness can be one of the deepest acts of self-love ⭐︎ How to start releasing resentment without forcing yourself to “just get over it” Forgiveness isn’t about setting the other person free. It’s about setting yourself free. You’re choosing yourself over the story. You’re choosing peace over resentment. And you’re choosing your future over your past. 🤍 If you’re ready to go a little deeper, I also created a guided meditation for forgiveness and self-love here on my channel to help you gently release what you’ve been carrying. about me: Hi, I'm Miho :) I share my spiritual journey, self-growth experiences, and everything I’ve learned about feminine energy, self-worth, and becoming more aligned with your true self. 13. let go and let God|the power of surrendering

In today's episode, Miho is sharing the four biggest lessons she took away from The Surrender Experiment: We explore ⭐︎ What it really means to surrender and let go ⭐︎ Why our ego, likes, and dislikes can limit the path of our lives ⭐︎ Why surrendering doesn’t mean being passive ⭐︎ How letting go of control can create deeper inner peace ⭐︎ Trusting the universe even when you can’t see the whole picture ⭐︎ Putting your whole heart into what life places in front of you ⭐︎ Becoming the observer of the voice inside your head ⭐︎ Letting life unfold instead of trying to control every outcome One of the biggest reminders I took from this book is that we can only see a tiny part of the picture. We spend so much time trying to decide exactly what our lives should look like, but life may have something so much bigger in store for us than anything we could create from our limited perspective. Surrender doesn’t mean giving up. Do your best with whatever is right in front of you. Put your whole heart into it. And then trust the rest to unfold. Life is unfolding for you, not against you. 🤍 about me: Hi, I'm Miho :) I share my spiritual journey, self-growth experiences, and everything I’ve learned about feminine energy, self-worth, and becoming more aligned with your true self. 12. you’re adding more pain without realizing it | neuroscience & manifestation

In today’s episode, Miho explores the difference between “clean pain” and “dirty pain,” also known as the first and second arrow, and how our own thoughts can sometimes keep us stuck in pain much longer than we need to be. We’ll look at this from both a neuroscience and spiritual perspective, and understanding our emotions can completely change the way we experience life. We talk about: ⭐︎ Clean pain vs. dirty pain — the first and second arrow ⭐︎ Why avoiding our emotions can keep us stuck ⭐︎ How fighting reality creates additional suffering ⭐︎ The neuroscience behind overthinking and rumination ⭐︎ Why our brains can become familiar with negative thought patterns ⭐︎ Self-pity, victim mindset, and learned helplessness⭐︎ How to observe your thoughts without becoming them ⭐︎ The Default Mode Network, amygdala & prefrontal cortex ⭐︎ Why dirty pain can block manifestation ⭐︎ How to feel difficult emotions while still trusting the life you’re creating One of the biggest things I want you to take away from this episode is that emotional healing doesn’t mean never feeling sad, heartbroken, disappointed, or scared. You’re allowed to feel everything. You’re allowed to be human. We’re not trying to remove the pain that naturally comes with life. We’re simply learning how to stop adding unnecessary suffering on top of it. And maybe creating the life we deeply desire isn’t about feeling good all the time. Maybe it’s about learning how to feel everything without losing ourselves in the story around it. 🤍 Thank you so much for spending this time with me. I hope this episode gives you a little reminder to be gentle with yourself and come back to yourself whenever you need it. ⭐︎
