Embody Your Magik | Embodiment, Intuition, & Transformation

Roxanne Serenity

Embody Your Magik is a podcast for the woman who has tried the mindset work, the manifestation techniques and the rituals, yet still feels disconnected from the transformation she's seeking. Hosted by Roxanne Serenity, this show explores the powerful connection between embodiment, intuition, shadow work and magic. Because real magic doesn't happen outside of you. It happens when you learn to listen to your body. Through conversations on emotional healing, intuitive movement, nervous system awareness and spiritual growth, you'll discover how to stop bypassing your emotions and start using them as a pathway back to your truth. Learn how to distinguish anxiety from intuition, move through emotional blocks with greater ease and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself. What makes Embody Your Magik different is its grounded approach to magic, intuition and transformation. Instead of chasing answers outside yourself, you'll learn how to access the wisdom that already exists within your body and use it to create lasting change. If you're ready to trust yourself more deeply, embody your intuition and experience magic from the inside out, you're in the right place.

Astrocartography Without Moving: Local Space Lines + Your Magic with Charlie of Celestia Terra

Have you ever felt pulled toward a place and couldn't explain why? Most astrocartography comes down to one question. Where should I move for money? For love? This conversation asks something different. Charlie of Celestia Terra is an astrocartographer who works mostly with healers and spiritual practitioners. She reads your map as the Earth's memory of the cosmos at the moment you were born. Not a list of places to chase. A RELATIONSHIP. We talk about how you might already be working with your lines without leaving home. The jewelry you wear. The tea you drink. The hours you spend on a plane. Charlie walks through local space lines, deity asteroids, and fixed stars, and how each one can support your altar, your offerings, and your magical practice. We get into what your map might say about past lives, why you don't have to live right on a line to feel it, and where to start if you're brand new. In this episode, you'll discover: Why your birth chart is more like a pantry of ingredients than a fixed fateWhat remote activation is and the everyday ways you're already doing itHow to use local space lines and planetary directions to set up your altar and choose where to do your workingsHow deity asteroids and fixed stars carry their own lines you can work withWhat IC lines, the South Node, and parans can reveal about past livesWhy living directly on a line can be a lot, and how far a line's influence really reachesThe simplest place to start with your own map, plus free tools to pull it up todayThis episode is for you if you love astrology but want something deeper than "move here for money." If you're a witch, healer, or energy worker who wants the land to be part of your practice. If your best lines run through the ocean or somewhere you'll never go. And if a place has ever called to you. You don't have to pack a bag to feel the land that remembers you. Start where you are. Follow your curiosity. The Woman Underneath: Roles, Masks & Finding Yourself After an Identity Crisis

Mom. Wife. Daughter. Sister. Friend. Which one are you supposed to be? In this solo episode, I set the notes aside and talk straight from the heart about the roles we carry, the masks we wear, and what happens when you finally look at who's underneath them. Shadow work is where this started for me. I began looking at the parts of myself I'd buried out of fear, out of shame, out of trauma. Sometimes out of something as small as a comment about a little girl's drawing of a bird. And when I started stripping away the expectations and beliefs that were never mine, I didn't feel free. I panicked. I had no idea who I was anymore. That identity crisis has come back more than once. I share the mom guilt, the oldest child perfectionism, the artist I locked away, and the voice I made smaller and smaller until I was barely speaking above a whisper. Then I share what actually helps me move through it: coming back to my body. In this episode, you'll discover: Why reframing labels as roles takes so much pressure offHow other people's expectations quietly become the rules you live byWhy the identity crisis keeps coming back, and why that isn't failureSmall, everyday ways to prioritize yourself (yes, bathroom breaks count)Why the comfort zone is keeping you from what lights you upA simple body-based practice for when fear and old stories start loopingThis episode is for you if you're a new mom, an empty nester, a woman stepping into who she wants to be, or anyone who has looked in the mirror lately and quietly asked, who am I now? You don't have to choose one version of yourself. You get to be ALL of them. And the woman underneath gets to shine through every single one. Vulnerability and Nervous System Safety with Dani Stedman

Vulnerability without safety isn't brave. It's exposure. You've probably been told that being vulnerable means telling everyone everything. That's what's expected. Here's what's real: your nervous system decides how open you can be, and it gets a vote every single time. In this episode of Embody Your Magik, I'm joined by my friend Dani Stedman, host of the Perfectly Broken Podcast and a soul guide. We talk about what it means to embody vulnerability, how nervous system safety makes it possible, and what changes when you bring curiosity to your lived experience. Dani was a mechanical engineer in oil and gas with a life that looked perfect from the outside. When she reported sexual harassment at work, the head of HR told her, "honey, you're a girl in a man's world." She walked away from six figures. Later, she told the truth online about the life behind the polished image, and everything shifted. From there we get into who earns the right to hear your story, the difference between sharing from the scar and sharing from the open wound, and why somatic healing and nervous system regulation are the same work. Regulated does not mean calm. It means you have CHOICE. We also get into Dani's Akashic Records readings, what she's seeing in the collective right now, and why she believes none of us are doing this alone. You'll discover: - Why vulnerability is not the same as oversharing, and how to feel the difference in your body - How to share from the scar instead of the open wound - Why nervous system regulation is not about staying calm 24/7 - How vulnerability can look like speaking up, staying quiet, or walking away - How to get curious when you're triggered: is this a me problem or a them problem? - What surrender and discernment look like in Dani's readings right now - What embodiment means when you refuse to bypass the human part Vulnerability isn't weakness, and it isn't a performance. It's what happens when your body feels safe enough to let you be seen. Start small. One breath. One honest sentence. One person who has earned it. 🎙 GUEST LINKS 📸 Instagram: instagram.com/danistedman 🌐: danistedman.com Soulfully Seen Summit: The Return to Her Sept. 21-25 ✨ SHOW LINKS 🌐 RoxanneSerenity.com 📸 Instagram: @RoxanneSerenity or @EmbodyYourMagik 💌 Join the newsletter ✨ Work with me: Free Clarity Call ⭐ LEAVE A REVIEW If this one landed, follow the show and leave an honest review on Apple Podcasts, or rate it on Spotify. Autumn Equinox: Align With the Season Instead of What's Expected of You

You don't have to match the pace of the pumpkin displays in every store aisle. This time of year is asking for something slower. In this bonus solo episode, Roxanne breaks down what the autumn equinox is actually inviting you into: balance, harvest, and release. Not the frantic momentum of "on to the next thing," but a real pause to look at where your life is in harmony and where it's out of it. Roxanne shares her own relationship with fall and winter, including years of struggling with depression during the darker months, and how shifting her focus to the energy of each season (rather than what culture expects of her during it) became a relief for her nervous system, her mind, and her spirit. She traces this practice back to her early path as a witch, when she left behind holidays that no longer fit and started building rituals around the turning of the seasons instead. Rituals that, it turns out, mirror what our ancestors did long before electricity gave us permission to ignore the sun. In this episode, you'll discover: Why summer's energy of doing and autumn's energy of slowing down are meant to feel differentA simple reflection to find where your life is in BALANCE and where it's chaotic, using the equal day and night of the equinox as your mirrorHow to harvest what you've accomplished this year, even if it isn't something you can hold in your handsA reframe on gratitude and Thanksgiving that goes deeper than the holiday most of us were taughtThe practice of letting go with gratitude, the way the trees release their leaves, and how that release makes room for what's nextThis episode is for you if: You feel the seasonal shift in your body before your calendar tells you it's happening. You've struggled with fall and winter before and want a different way through it. You're building a spiritual practice rooted in the natural world instead of what's expected of you. Autumn isn't asking you to keep up. It's asking you to harvest, give thanks, and let go. Somatic Healing, Reiki, and Learning to Feel Again with Cissa Joy

What if the feeling you've been avoiding is just a wave, and all it wants is for you to breathe through it? In this episode, Roxanne sits down with her Reiki master teacher and somatic healer Cissa Joy for a conversation that goes deep, fast. Cissa spent twenty years in advertising, worked her way up to COO, hit a burnout that cracked her whole life open, and rebuilt herself into a somatic experiencing practitioner who now holds space for other people's healing. She didn't choose this path so much as arrive at it. Somatic experiencing just organized what she'd already been doing with clients for years. They talk about what it actually looks like to catch a trigger in the moment before it turns into a fire you can't put out. Cissa breaks down how Reiki works as a somatic practice, moving energy through the body with intention, and why her heart had to fully open before she could receive her own healing. Roxanne and Cissa get into resources, the small, specific things you turn to when life gets hard, and co-regulation, the invisible way we borrow calm or chaos from the people around us. There's laughter here, there are tears, and there's a lot of body wisdom that doesn't get said out loud enough. In this episode, you'll discover: A simple practice for pausing in the microsecond you're triggered, before the reaction takes overWhy Reiki is a somatic practice and how energy actually moves through intention and breathHow to build your own "resource" toolbox for the hard days, and why some resources are better than othersThe difference between co-regulating with calm and co-regulating with chaos, and how to choose who you spend your energy nearWhat embodiment means when you finally start listening to what your body's been trying to tell youThis episode is for you if: You're curious about somatic experiencing, Reiki, or nervous system work. You've suppressed an emotion so long it turned into something bigger. You want language for the invisible ways other people's energy affects your own. Your body has its own timeline. It's not the same as your mind's. This episode is an invitation to trust that. You Already Made It (So Why Can't You Feel It?)

You hit the goal. Then what did you do? You moved straight to the next one before you even let yourself feel it. In this solo episode, Roxanne unpacks a conversation from her Saturday morning coffee group, where one woman admitted she was tired of never feeling like she'd done enough. Turns out everyone at the table felt it too. That pressure isn't just in your head. It's in the stores putting out Halloween decorations in August, rushing you past a season before you've even settled into it. Roxanne breaks down why this constant forward lean keeps your nervous system stuck in fight or flight, why instant gratification culture makes it worse, and why the end of summer, the start of harvest, is exactly the right moment to stop and actually look at what you've grown this year. She also revisits the phrase that shaped her whole business philosophy: it's about the journey, not the destination. In this episode, you'll discover: A body-based practice for locating what contentment actually feels like in you, not just what it means in theoryWhy treating your life like a chess game, twelve moves ahead, is wrecking your ability to be presentHow the current season can mirror your own harvest of accomplishments, if you let itA simple nervous system reset for stepping out of fight, flight, freeze, or fawn This episode is for you if: You're someone who reaches a goal and immediately starts eyeing the next one. You feel the itch of not-enough even when the evidence says otherwise. You want to actually enjoy the life you're building instead of just building it. Your harvest is already here. This episode is your permission to sit in it before you plant the next thing. How to Actually Embody Love: Grief, Shame & the Practice of Witnessing Yourself with Allie Schlener

We're taught love lives at the top of a scale, way past shame, past grief, past anger. That's the story. Here's what's actually true: love is already in the room with all of them. My teacher, friend, and fellow Reiki master Allie joins me for a conversation I've wanted her on the podcast for since the very beginning. We talk about what it means to actually embody love. Not the love-and-light version people use to skip the hard part. The real one. The kind that can sit with grief and anger and shame in the same body, at the same time, without needing any of it to leave first. Allie takes us back to a 5-day silent retreat in Turkey, the one where she thought her body might not survive what she was feeling, and how that experience cracked open everything she thought she knew about love and grief being separate things. We get into why witnessing someone's pain does more than trying to fix it ever will. Why shame almost always has a social root, not a personal one. How naming an emotion out loud, on the exhale, can dissolve its charge before it runs your whole day. And why rest might be the most radical thing you do in a culture that's turned healing into another race to win. In this episode, you'll discover: Why grief is a portal and not a wall, and what it's actually asking of youHow to witness someone's pain without rushing to fix it (and why fixing it usually makes things worse)The real line between shame and desire, and how curiosity dissolves what shame builtA simple breath practice for naming an emotion so it stops running the showWhy seated meditation is a masculine practice and movement is a feminine one, and how to tell which your body needs right nowWhat rest actually looks like once you stop treating your spiritual growth like a competitionAllie's one-word definition of what it means to embody love Embodying love isn't somewhere you arrive. It's willingness, over and over, to be here for whatever shows up next. Somatic Healing, Fawning, and Choosing Yourself with Anna Bolender

Anna spent a decade doing everything right. Mindset work, affirmations, personal growth books, the whole self-improvement toolkit. And she still felt numb. In this episode, Roxanne sits down with her friend Anna Bolender, somatic embodiment coach and host of the podcast Radiant You, to talk about what happened when she finally stopped trying to think her way into healing and started feeling her way there instead. Anna gets honest about the early days of somatic work (a lot of "I don't feel anything, am I doing this wrong") and what it actually took to thaw. This conversation goes past the basics of body scans and breathwork into something most people never name: fawning. Not fight, flight, or freeze, but the quiet habit of molding yourself to keep the peace, at the cost of your own needs. Anna traces how that pattern showed up in her relationships, and what it took to choose herself instead. You'll discover: What numbness actually feels like in the body, and why it's more common than anyone admitsFawning: the nervous system response most people have never heard of, and how to spot it in yourselfHow Anna moved from reacting to responding, one small shift at a timeWhy relationships are some of our biggest mirrors, and what hers taught her about self-worthWhy healing isn't a program you complete, it's a way of livingWhat embodiment actually means once you strip away the buzzword This one's for you if you've done "all the mindset work" and still feel stuck in your head. If you people-please without realizing that's what you're doing. If you're curious what it actually looks like to live embodied, not just talk about it. You don't heal your way into a body. You come back to the one you already have.
