Buko Buko at MLK Jr. Memorial Library Rooftop

Found the sonic…this time it’s with the DC punk band, Buko Buko. Tune in to today’s episode to meet the musicians behind the music. Bec, Brandon, and Allan talk about songs from their latest album All You Can Eat and how music is a source of sustainability in their lives. We recorded the interview at Syndicate, a collective showcase in Northern VA, that brought together many talented individuals (that were confronted with a very evil little step time and time again). You’ll hear the amazing tunes in the background of the interview. The live set was recorded at MLK Jr. Memorial Library Rooftop as part of DC Punk Archive's Summer Punk Shows series. There is one more Rooftop Punk Show happening this summer — information below.
