Detach from the drama. Clear what stands in the way, including old trauma, with real support. Then do it first, before anything else, because that is where the resistance lives. I also talk about why the dreams that matter most feel so frightening, since realizing them changes who you are, and why slipping is part of the path as long as you keep refocusing.     How to Let Yourself Receive What You’ve Been Asking the Universe For

    How has the Love-Light shown up for you today, this week, this month, and this year?     Why I Finally Wrote the Book: Behind the Scenes of Becoming an Author

    Love is conspiring on our behalf all the time, and our whole job is to meet it at the intersection. This week the show turns behind the scenes, so that you can see what it is like from my side to be a psychic, a medium, and now an author. The upcoming book, How the Dream Comes True: A Psychic’s Guide to Getting What You’ve Always Wanted, is complete, proofread, and in the hands of the cover designer, and it publishes this November. It tells the story of my years in the psychic world and my decades of failing to find true love, until I hit upon a practical system that kept my attention pointed at the dream, and that system works for any dream. The dream doesn’t need more faith. It needs a plan. I share what held me back from publishing for so long, including my frustration as an English major and literature teacher with stories that dwell on pain, and my longing to write stories that show love continuing to show up for us.     You Are Your Own Masterpiece: Why Becoming Yourself Is Never Selfish

    The guides came to talk about healing, and the Love Lady, Juli Martin, found they meant something wider than repair. Real healing, she says, is less a fixing than a letting-go, letting the love light guide you, loosening your grip, clarifying your sense of yourself and the world a little at a time. But underneath the healing, the guides kept pointing at the larger work, the one they will not stop naming: to become your own masterpiece. Your life, your very self, is the great work you came here to make, your magnum opus, and giving yourself over to it, unabashedly, is not selfish, it is the assignment. Nobody else can do it, because the genius you carry is yours alone and cannot be copied. And if you do not yet know what your gift is or how to share it, that is not a failure; it is the human condition, and it is good news, because the not-knowing is the very room where creation happens. Like the cathedral in Barcelona that has been under construction for more than a century and is glorious precisely because it is never finished, you are not meant to be complete. You are meant to be underway.

    How to Find Your Non-Negotiables When You're Starting Over

    Ari came to this session at twenty-seven, starting her life over from the ground up. She was working fifteen-hour days behind a bar, rebuilding after a marriage that was not safe, and working toward the stability that would bring her young daughter home. She also carried more dreams than one season of life could hold: a return to the outreach work she once ran, a nonprofit, a book, the theater and dance she loves, and the family she has wanted since she was a little girl.  Her angels, along with her father, who came through clearly from the other side, answered with something practical and loving. Stability was her must-have, and every choice in front of her had to meet it. The dreams that could not yet promise a paycheck would wait for their season. Her guides laid out a steady, well-paid role in a cleaner, higher-end setting, a return to school, and a daily practice of clearing her energy. They also named the one pattern that had to come off the table for good, which was giving everything to everyone else and nothing to herself. When in doubt, choose yourself, they said. It will feel selfish, and it is what is required.  This session is a living illustration of The List, the fifth step of the HEART Method. In The List, you write down your true must-haves and deal-breakers and let them make the decisions your moods would otherwise make for you.     The Meaning of Life, from the Great Mystery

    Most of us go looking for the meaning of life from a low place, disconnected, sad, afraid, or aching, and there is no shame in that. The Love Lady, Juli Martin, brings her guides' answer, and it is simpler and larger than she expected: the meaning of life is to enjoy it all. Not only the good parts. All of it. Because you are both a single human being and a part of the great mystery, the one source and love-light that everything is made of, and you came here for the whole experience. Pain and grief and sorrow are not mistakes in the music; they are some of the notes that make it music. So she offers a way through the hard ones: let curiosity about what is happening inside you soften the grip of the pain, remember that everything passes, and instead of marinating in the story of a feeling, find where it actually lives in your body and see if you can help it move. She is careful to say she is not a therapist, and that real, stuck, long-term pain deserves real help, a good somatic therapist among them. And she comes back, again and again, to the invitation underneath it all: put down the screens, return to your body and to real people, offer your quiet presence to someone else who is hurting, and let yourself relax back into the simple, astonishing enjoyment of being alive. This moment will pass, and joy is closer than it looks.

    Too Many Dreams? How to Find the One Your Soul Came Here For

    You already know what you want. You want a great many things, and when we want everything, we end up committing to nothing and telling ourselves we are too busy. Underneath the long list, one dream is soul-deep right now. It is the one that keeps finding you in the shower, on a walk, or on the drive home, and it keeps returning because it is part of why you are here. The dream doesn’t need more faith. It needs a plan, and the plan begins with pulling that one dream out of the pile of borrowed ones. I share the honest questions that do it and answer each one for myself, from the lavish lifestyle I thought I should want after years of selling luxury real estate to the traveler I truly am, and from the peace I would keep by staying private to the fears that rushed up the moment I set out to become a published author. Then I talk about believing yourself once you find that dream, and saying no to the scrolling, the borrowed wants, and the outside voices that drown it out.
