    Our First Pod in The Spirit Pod

    In this special episode Hilary and Eleanor ventured into the forest and created their special 'Spirit Pod' Cubby that is decorated with cyanotype prints of their bodies. You can see this beautiful cubby via instagram via @thethirdspiritpod , @eleanorysabelle , @hilarygreen__ We discussed the joy of achieving this vision and how it feels to build a cubby as a 'flag of friendship' and building an intentional meeting place. In our shelter, amongst the birds and the autumn leaves, we also cover the idea of breaking 'psychic hexes'. Reflecting on our own experiences of feeling energetically attacked or perceived in a negative way, we offer you tips on how to regain your sense of truth, process your boundaries with love and re align your spirit safely. So darlings, join us in the Spirit Pod, we will pour you a cacao, break bread and banish the hex together.

    Coming Back To Yourself Despite It All

    In this episode. Hilary and Eleanor discuss the hurdles that shake our sense of self and how we can find a way back to what feels most true to us. They discuss how to find your truth despite other people's perceptions, taking a chance on things, creating an ecosystem to support yourself and how to love the ecosystem you naturally possess. Pondering on, they cover having grace for yourself in your inner thoughts such as moving from 'scattered' to 'multifaceted' , reframing competition towards camaraderie and how holding space and gatherings can be a powerful tool to take the human spirit seriously.

    The Body is a Gift

    Hilary and Eleanor talk about body in image and sensation in this episode, ranging from practices of life drawing to drawing our own symbols of beauty to define it. We talk about Eleanor's life-drawing and writing event, learning to feel the body as a sensory companion, and an altar of trust building. We touch on themes of compliments, comparison, and the complications of love with this body of a lifetime.  Questions we explored: Do you think our sense of beauty is innate or learned? What happens when women see each other without comparison — just with presence and artistry? How did life modelling impact your concept of your body? From personal stories to the idea of body memory, exploring the traces we carry of our ancestors and how memory lives in more than just our minds.

    Reflections on reflections, Eleanor’s first exhibition ~ Project 88 and realisations on devotion, artistic offerings in nature, doing art for the love of it beyond illusions of originality and platitude. We talk about rest, frustration and boredom being inevitable parts of the process and move to a deep investigation of true authority that devotion calls for.

    We explored the body as a compass for creative decision and trust making. Nudity emerged as a metaphor for vulnerability and returning to compassion, play and acceptance. Through play and sensation, we uncovered the dialogue between body and mind intelligence.     What is Spirit?

    In this episode, we dive into our understandings of spirit, its essence in our past projects and in the natural world.
