Delmar DivINe is a major nonprofit colocation center n the City of St. Louis, which also serves as a vitalization hub for a historic surrounding community. Envisioned and created by Maxine Clark, founder of Build-A-Bear Workshop, along with many professional and community partners, Delmar DivINe provides a home for dozens of nonprofits along with learning and collaboration opp[ortunities, But it also serves as much, much more for the community.
