Sukha Community Cahir is a relaxing space for holistic health practitioners and members of the Cahir Community in County Tipperary, Ireland. It consists of two therapy rooms and a fully equipped yoga studio with a small kitchen and two accessible bathrooms.     Caroline spent fifteen years trying to get pregnant. She now uses her lived experience to provide emotional support for other women and couples on their pregnancy and fertility journeys. Joye Arbuckle grew up in Cahir, but since finishing college, has lived abroad in Canada and Australia and is about to move to Jersey. Initially pursuing a career in sales, she has found more peace working as a nanny and a self-discovery coach (including breathwork and Reiki) and will now do anything she can to protect the feeling of balance she has found in her life.
