Around the Gospel

Around the Gospel is a weekly conversation that invites listeners into the heart of Sunday's Gospel before it's proclaimed from the pulpit. Hosted by Deacon Leila Quinlan, each episode features a conversation with the clergy of Christ Episcopal Church in Ponte Vedra as they explore the upcoming Gospel reading from the Revised Common Lectionary. Together, they discuss the historical and biblical context, reflect on how the passage speaks to our lives today, and share insights that shape their preaching and ministry. Whether you're preparing for Sunday worship, studying Scripture more deeply, or simply curious about the Christian faith, Around the Gospel offers a thoughtful, engaging, and accessible look at the stories of Jesus that continue to transform our lives. Join us each week as we gather around the Gospel—discovering fresh perspectives, asking meaningful questions, and preparing our hearts for worship.
