The Miracle Life Podcast

Templa Melnick & Kevin Elliott

Welcome to The Miracle Life Podcast, where faith comes alive through real stories of God's supernatural power at work today. Hosted by Christian authors, speakers, and healing ministers Templa Melnick (Colorado, USA) and Kevin Elliott (Cheltenham, UK), this inspiring and uplifting podcast explores the extraordinary ways God continues to move in the world. Together, they bring decades of ministry experience, a passion for seeing lives transformed, and a deep desire to help believers step into everything God has promised them. Each episode features powerful testimonies from people who have experienced genuine miracles, including: • Physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual healing • Deliverance and freedom from oppression • Restoration and reconciliation where forgiveness seemed impossible • Resurrection miracles and life-changing encounters with God • Provision miracles and stories of supernatural supply • Creation miracles and remarkable demonstrations of God's power • Signs, wonders, and gifts of the Holy Spirit in everyday life But this podcast is about far more than hearing amazing stories. We dive deep into Scripture to explore the miracles of Jesus—why He performed them, what they meant within their original cultural context, and what they reveal about God's Kingdom today. Jesus declared that His followers would do the works He did, and even greater works. What does that mean for Christians living in the twenty-first century? Through biblical teaching, practical insights, and inspiring testimonies, we explore how believers can embrace the purposes and power of God in their everyday lives. The Holy Spirit was never intended to be a distant theological concept, but a present and active companion. Though we may sometimes feel like cracked pots and imperfect vessels, God delights in placing His treasure within us. Our desire is to help Christians discover what it means to live a naturally supernatural lifestyle—where faith becomes action, God's presence transforms ordinary life into an extraordinary adventure, and the seemingly impossible becomes possible through Him. The podcast explores what this looks like in practice, sharing real-life experiences from people who are already walking this journey of faith around the world. We celebrate testimonies of breakthrough and miracles, while also addressing the realities of unanswered prayer, seasons of waiting, and how to keep trusting God when we don't yet understand the outcome. From local testimonies to remarkable stories from around the globe, every episode is designed to encourage, challenge, equip, and inspire. Whether you're curious about the supernatural, hungry for a deeper relationship with God, seeking answers about miracles, or longing to see His power at work in your own life, The Miracles Podcast will encourage you to believe for more, trust God more deeply, and step more boldly into His promises. Join us as we celebrate miracles, explore Scripture, share life-changing testimonies, and discover what it means to walk with a God who still heals, restores, delivers, provides, and does the impossible today. Faith. Hope. Power. Miracles. Welcome to The Miracle Life Podcast.

Episode 6: The wilderness, the Jacket and the Healing

For more than two years, Will's world seemed to unravel piece by piece. His ministry plans fell apart. His finances suffered. A relationship ended. Then his health failed, leaving him bed-ridden with chronic fatigue and dependent on his parents. Yet even when life gave him every reason to let go, Will kept wrestling with God. He found himself returning to Jacob's refusal to let God go without a blessing and to Peter's question, "Lord, to whom shall we go?" Then, just days before this conversation, Will walked into a Sunday service and something happened that changed the direction of his story. Will joins Kevin and Templa to talk about disappointment, suffering, stubborn faith, and what it means to keep trusting God when answers seem impossibly far away. Along the way, he shares the strange story of a lost motorcycle jacket that seemed insignificant at the time, but later took on an entirely different meaning. What happened next was something Will had been hoping for, praying for, and preparing for long before he knew when, or if, it would ever come. • Scripture / themes: Genesis 32:24-30 (Jacob wrestling with God — "I'm not letting go until you bless me"; Jacob becoming Israel), John 6:66-68 (Peter's "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life"), Romans 8:28 ("God works for the good of those who love him"), Isaiah 53:5 ("by his stripes we are healed") • Themes of wilderness/hiding seasons (Paul in Arabia, David in the caves, Joseph in the well/prison), divine timing, identity transformation, and physical healing after long-term chronic illness Chapter markers • 0:00 - Welcome & catching up with Templa and Kevin • 3:22 - How Kevin and Will met: a divine appointment at Trinity Church • 21:03 - Everything stripped away: job, ministry, and relationship lost • 25:41 - The onset of chronic fatigue • 29:47 - The scriptures Will clung to (Jacob wrestling with God) • 32:53 - The story of the motorcycle jacket • 39:27 - Healed in worship: "Stand up and worship me" • 43:32 - Life after healing: hiking, running, and the gym • 47:43 - A new identity and a word for the future • 50:44 - Closing prayer for healing A note on health and healing. Episode 3: The Church Hadn't Seen Miracles in Years!

In this episode of The Miracle Life, Kevin and Templa sit down with Pastor Bob Clifford to hear the remarkable story of a church that began experiencing miracles again after years without seeing them. Bob shares how a renewed commitment to prayer, faith, and obedience opened the door to unexpected moments of healing and spiritual breakthrough. What began with a simple prayer for a woman in severe pain became a turning point for the church; and a powerful reminder of what can happen when people make room for the Holy Spirit to move. Through Bob’s stories, we explore the power of prayer, the importance of stepping out in faith, and how one miracle can reignite expectation throughout an entire church community. Episode 2 What Happens When We Believe Like Children?

In this episode of the Miracle Life Podcast, Templa Melnick and Kevin Elliott reflect on the remarkable ways childhood experiences can shape our understanding of faith, prayer, and the miraculous. Templa shares the story of her own beginnings. Born after years of infertility and prayer—and how growing up with serious health challenges influenced her understanding of God. She also recounts an extraordinary experience at just five years old, when a prayer for healing led to a powerful encounter with Jesus that would leave a lasting impression on her faith. Kevin shares memories from his own childhood, including the simple confidence with which he prayed and trusted that God heard him. Together, Kevin and Templa explore why children often seem to approach God with a sense of wonder and trust that can become more difficult as we grow older. What can we learn from the faith of a child? And how might rediscovering that trust change the way we experience God today? Join us for a personal conversation about prayer, healing, childhood faith, and the miraculous ways God can reveal Himself throughout our lives. A note on health and healing.
