The Future of Men Podcast with Troy Alexander

Troy Alexander

The Future of Men is a monthly podcast exploring what it means to become a more whole, self-aware, and purposeful man through honest conversations about how we lead, love, fail, and become extraordinary people in today’s world. Hosted by Troy Alexander, founder of T363 Skin - each episode brings together remarkable people from business, sports, science, culture, and beyond to explore identity, leadership, relationships, purpose and personal transformation. I think rather than asking folks what they’ve accomplished, my show asks the deeper question, who did you have to become to get there? We’re not here because we have the answers. We’re here to ask better questions. Welcome to The Future of Men.

Questions, comments or compliments, we'd love to hear from you...send us a message! What does it mean to be a better man? Not a perfect one, a whole one. I'm Troy Alexander, founder of T363 Skin, and welcome to The Future of Men. Men are living through an extraordinary moment. We're being asked to lead differently, to love differently, to take better care of our bodies and our minds, to be present fathers, better partners, thoughtful leaders, and to understand ourselves in ways generations of men before us were never encouraged to None of us have this figured out. I certainly don't.  Part of why these questions matter so deeply to me comes from my own story. When I was 20 years old, one decision changed the direction of my life. I went from being a young man who thought he understood strength to becoming inmate number 265363. Prison forced me to confront myself, my ego, my anger, my choices, and the man I wanted to become. And when I came home, I realized something. Freedom wasn't just about getting out of prison, it was about deciding what kind of man I was going to be once I was free. I'm still answering that question. The Future of Men is a place for honest conversations about identity, relationships, health, failure, purpose, reinvention, and the choices that shape who we become. I'm not interested in asking people what they've accomplished. I want to know, who did you have to become to get there? What did it cost you? Where did you fail? What are you still trying to figure out?  We'll hear from entrepreneurs, athletes, physicians, artists, fathers, cultural thinkers, and people whose names you don't know, whose stories you need to know. Because this show isn't here to tell men who to become, it's here to open a conversation about who we can be.  We're not here because we have the answers.  We're here to ask better questions.  Welcome to The Future of Men. Questions, comments, or compliments?  Send us a note to Troy@thetroyalexander.com Find out more about the T363 Skin. The Future of Men is not a movement. It’s not a reaction to culture.
