EP 06 | Your AI Doesn’t Need Another Prompt. It Needs Your Brand’s Backend.

AI Doesn't Need Another Prompt. It Needs Your Backend. Why does ChatGPT still create generic content even when you’re giving it “good” prompts? Because the prompt might not actually be the problem. AI doesn’t fix an unclear brand. It scales one. In Episode 6 of The Brand Bitch Podcast, Cat breaks down why better ChatGPT prompts aren’t necessarily the answer to better content + why your AI needs something much more important to work from: the strategic intelligence underneath your brand. Your identity. Positioning. Audience. Offers. Point of view. Messaging. Voice. Proof. Content. Sales. In other words? Your brand’s backend. Because you can tell ChatGPT to “write in my brand voice” all day long — but does it actually know what that voice is? Does it understand your positioning? Your audience? What you believe? What makes your approach different? What you sell? What you want people to associate with your name? If not, AI has to fill in the blanks. And that’s when everything starts sounding like everyone else. IN THIS EPISODE: → Why AI content can still sound generic even with good prompts → The difference between a prompt + actual brand intelligence → Why AI doesn’t fix an unclear brand — it scales one → What AI actually needs to know about your brand → The 10 layers of a strong brand backend → Why content should come FROM your brand strategy → AI memory vs. an intentional brand source of truth → How AI can amplify your thinking without replacing it → Why AI is making strong branding MORE important, not less → A first look at Your Brand Backend™ WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN YOUR BRAND BACKEND? Identity → Positioning → Audience → Offers → Point of View → Messaging → Voice → Proof → Content → Sales And THEN? AI goes on top. AI isn’t the foundation. It’s the tool that helps you amplify + execute what’s already underneath the brand. YOUR BRAND BACKEND AUDIT Ask yourself: Does my AI actually understand… → Who my ideal client is? → What makes my positioning different? → What I sell + how my offers fit together? → What I believe about my industry? → What I want to become known for? → What sounds unmistakably like me? → What proof backs up my claims? If the answer is “ehhhh… kinda?” You probably don’t have a prompting problem. You have a backend problem. And that’s exactly why Cat has been building something new behind the scenes. 👀 YOUR BRAND BACKEND™ IS COMING Your Brand Backend™ is designed to help you document the strategic intelligence underneath your brand — so instead of asking AI to invent your brand every time you open a new chat, you give it a brand to work from. More VERY soon. 💋 Until then, remember: The easier content becomes to create, the more important it becomes to have something worth saying. Your AI doesn’t need another prompt. It needs your brand’s backend. 🎙️ The Brand Bitch Podcast — brand strategy, personal branding, positioning, brand recognition, AI for business + building a brand people recognize, remember, trust + buy from.

EP 05 | Your Brand Doesn’t Need More Personality. It Needs a Point of View.

Your brand does not need another personality injection. It needs a point of view. There’s a difference between having a personality online + having a brand people actually recognize. Because your personality is not your positioning. Your point of view is the lens through which you see your industry, your clients’ problems, your work, and the transformation you help create. It shapes the ideas you repeat, the conversations you lead, the things you challenge, and ultimately what people begin to associate with your name. In this episode of The Brand Bitch Podcast, we’re talking about why personality ≠ positioning, how your point of view creates brand recognition, why repetition matters more than constantly creating something new, and what happens when you use AI to amplify your thinking instead of letting it do the thinking for you. Because in an internet full of increasingly polished, AI-assisted content, your advantage isn’t creating more. It’s having something recognizable to say. IN THIS EPISODE: → The difference between personality + positioning → What a brand point of view actually is → Why recognizable brands repeat ideas instead of constantly inventing new ones → How your beliefs become part of your brand positioning → Why AI should learn how your brand thinks — not decide how your brand thinks → How a strong POV makes creating content easier → Why the future of branding requires more than simply having a “brand voice” → Building the brain behind a recognizable brand THE 5 QUESTIONS Open your Notes app, grab your journal, copy + paste them somewhere — but don’t just read them. 1. What do you believe about your industry that you wish more people understood? What do you see differently because of your experience, expertise, or the work you’ve done? 2. What advice in your industry do you disagree with + why? Not for the sake of being controversial. What commonly accepted advice genuinely conflicts with what you know or believe to be true? 3. What do your ideal clients think their problem is + what do you believe the real problem is? This is where some of your strongest positioning can live. 4. What do you want people to immediately associate with your name? Not ten things. What are the few ideas, beliefs, problems, or transformations you want to become known for? 5. What are you willing to say over and over again until the market associates it with you? Because recognition doesn’t come from constantly finding something new to say. It comes from becoming known for something. Your answers to these questions are the beginning of your brand’s point of view. And your point of view becomes part of the brain behind your brand. YOUR NEXT MOVE Once you’ve answered the five questions, go look at your recent content + ask yourself: Could this content have come from anyone in my industry or is there something here that could only have come from me? That distinction matters. Because personality might make someone enjoy following you. But your point of view gives them something to remember you for. You don’t become recognizable by becoming someone else. You become recognizable by making more of YOU recognizable. Instagram: @the_brand_bitch

Ep. 04 | Your Content Isn’t the Problem: Why More Content Won’t Fix an Unclear Brand

What if your content isn’t actually the problem? If you’ve been blaming your hooks, your posting schedule, the algorithm, your engagement—or telling yourself you just need to create better content—this episode is for you. Because you can create great content, show up consistently, and get more eyes on your business…and still not become recognizable. In Episode 4 of The Brand Bitch Podcast, Cat breaks down what’s really happening when your content seems to be doing all the “right” things but isn’t creating the trust, recognition, or demand you expected. We’re talking about: → Why visibility alone won’t fix an unclear brand → What your content is communicating before someone ever buys → The difference between being seen and being remembered → Why repetition is one of the most underrated brand strategies → How perception shapes what people associate with your business → What needs to exist underneath your content for visibility to actually build demand Because content is an amplifier—not a foundation. More content won’t solve a brand people don’t understand yet. The goal isn’t simply to get more people to see you. It’s to make sure the right people know what the hell to remember you for. That’s how visibility starts becoming recognition. And recognition? That’s where things get interesting. 🎙️ The Brand Bitch Podcast For founders who are done chasing visibility and ready to build brands people recognize, remember + want to buy from. EP 03 | You Don’t Have a Visibility Problem. You Have a Recognition Problem.

What if the reason your business isn’t growing isn’t because you need more visibility? More content. More platforms. More followers. More strategies. More eyes on your business. We’ve been taught that when growth slows down, the answer is MORE. But after investing more than $150,000 into courses, coaches, masterminds, programs and strategies, I realized I had been asking the wrong question. Instead of asking, “What else should I be doing?” I needed to ask: What is my business actually communicating? Because visibility doesn’t automatically create recognition—and being seen isn’t the same thing as being remembered. In this episode of The Brand Bitch Podcast, I’m breaking down the difference between visibility, perception, recognition + demand—and why getting in front of more people won’t solve a brand that isn’t giving them something clear to remember. We’re talking about: — Why visibility amplifies what already exists in your brand — The difference between being visible and being recognizable — How people form a perception of your business before they ever get on a sales call — Why repetition and association matter more than constantly creating something new — The question every founder should ask before chasing more reach — How visibility → perception → recognition → demand actually work together Your brand does not need to be perfectly polished before you put it in front of more people. But it does need to be intentional enough that the attention you’re generating is building toward something. Because the goal isn’t just for people to see you. The goal is for them to know what your name means when they do. EP 02 | The Women Who Got Me Here + the Woman I Had to Become

What if, becoming the woman your business needs has less to do with learning more — and more to do with recognizing who helped shape the woman you already are? In Episode 02 of The Brand Bitch Podcast, brand strategist and creative director Cathryn Fisfis gets personal about the women who influenced her identity, ambition, leadership, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and the way she builds business today. From the women in her family who shaped her long before entrepreneurship was even part of the plan, to mentors, friends, peers, and women in business who expanded what she believed was possible, this episode explores something we don't talk about enough: None of us become who we are alone. Cathryn shares how different women have challenged her to think bigger, redefine success, trust herself, lead differently, and build a business that actually supports the life she's creating. You'll hear about: The women who shaped Cathryn's definition of ambition, leadership, and successHow motherhood changed her identity as a woman and entrepreneurWhy proximity can expand what's possible for youThe difference between copying someone else's path and allowing their example to expand your ownHow your identity evolves as your business growsWhy becoming recognizable isn't about becoming someone new — it's about becoming more of who you've been all along Because the woman you're becoming isn't being built from scratch. She's being shaped by every experience, every season, every woman who showed you what was possible — and every version of you who was brave enough to keep going. The world doesn't need another founder trying to fit in. It needs founders brave enough to become unforgettable.
