The Work is a powerful, insightful method of questioning your beliefs, challenging if they're really true, and seeing who you would be on the other side of having them. This work is a meditative art and modality that leads to internal freedom and ultimately, an unshakeable sense of peace. We talk about our personal experiences in doing The Work, talk about all the facets and things that may arise, and provide our own insights and tips in beginning the journey. We also dive a bit into the power of hypnosis and hypnotherapy, highlighting the importance and power of releasing limiting beliefs and rewiring your brain to better serve you and the life you're creating.     Hey! I'd love to hear your thoughts, send me a voice note. Hi, and welcome to the very first episode of Rewiring Consciousness: The Podcast! We're so happy to be here sharing this with you. We both grew up experiencing chronic illnesses (Hypermobile EDS & More), but didn't fully understand the true cause of our pain until it felt like there wasn't any other option, but to look. In this episode, we dive into our own journeys of what life was like experiencing chronic illness and how we healed them. We cover life before our turning points, what led us to truly healing, and the methods that worked for us. We're here to shed light on the darkness, and to bring some hope to anyone that may be struggling with chronic illness, or know someone who is. We are so much more powerful than we often realize, and sometimes what we really need is love and compassion, an open mind, and the remembrance of what really is possible. Thank you for being here.
