Pink Hair Ain't Scared is a true scary storytelling podcast. I'm Marge, your spooky drag storyteller. I'm so glad you found me. Every episode, I sit down with real stories that are submitted by real people or posted on internet forums like reddit. These stories are about the kind of stuff that's too specific & too strange to explain away, like a creepy figure that keeps showing up... A creature lurking in the night... A child who's made friends with something you can't see. I tell these stories honestly & with the full respect for how terrifying they actually are. What makes this show different? Well, how many spooky drag queen storytellers do you know? :) I bring the warmth and wit and the occasional dramatic pause too. My special talent is turning an already-creepy story into something you feel in your chest. Listen, I'm not here scare you away. I'm here to sit with you in the dark, just for a little while.  There are no gimmicks or embellishments here. There are no dramatic sound designs pretending to do the work (but, there is a creepy music box, hence the cover art). Really, it's just me, the stories, and you. Are these stories actually real? I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. And, when you've been reading scary stories for this long, you know how to spot the ones that feel true.  If you love paranormal podcasts, ghost stories, cryptids, or anything that goes bump in the night, you're home! Follow Pink Hair Ain't Scared wherever you listen. Tell a friend. And maybe, just maybe... leave a light on.

Ghost Stories: The Hooded Figure at the End Of The Hall, The Old Woman, & The Man of Bones

TW: Mention of self-unaliving. A hooded figure in the hallway. A baby screaming into the dark. A little boy who knows exactly who lives under his bed. Pull up a chair, my loves! I have three true ghost stories for you tonight. I'm Marge, your spooky drag storyteller. Every one of these real paranormal experiences came from the same brave individual who lived through all of this. We start on an old Boston college campus. There are cold spots in old heated dorms that don't make sense. Flicking lights that seem to follow. A silent phone call, with nobody even breathing on the other end. And lastly, a dark figure in a maroon sweatsuit who's lurking at the end of the hall.  Then, we arrive at a mountain cottage in upstate New York, where a calm newborn baby seems unable to settle. Was something standing over the crib? There's an old woman who lingers at the edge of every room; she's there, and then gone. The signs pile up, one after another, until a whole family is pushed to the breaking point.  The last one takes place in a little artist's cottage in Connecticut. The front door rattles on a schedule, same time, every night, at the exact minute. Then, a small boy turns to his mother and introduces her to the "Man of Bones."  If you love true ghost stories, this episode of Pink Hair Ain't Scared was made for you. Haunted-house atmosphere, raw human vulnerability, and slow-building fear that stays with you long after the episode is over. Follow and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts, and start right here. Share it with the friend who loves paranormal stories as much as you do. New chills are always on the way!
