Great Podcast, Great Host, Great Guest

I discovered this podcast about 2 months ago and have listened to all of their episode. Great content for a first timer or a veteran of the industry. Topics covered are spot on and guests are very knowledgable. WE NEED MORE RESTAURANT PODCAST LIKE THIS!
