Thornfield & Fog - Seasons, Slowness, and Quiet Magic

Thornfield & Fog

I'm Squirrel. This podcast is where seasonal rhythm meets quiet living: episodes on the turning of the year and the small rituals that mark it, and on how the aesthetics of cottagecore and dark academia became, for me, actual practices for slowing down and quieting a busy mind. Mostly solo reflections, with the occasional guest along the way, new episodes every other week. Come wander through the seasons with me.

Episode 3 - Books and Spells for Autumn in October

It's one of those in between time when we prepare for the next holiday. I talk a bit slower this time, but had some audio issues in the 2nd and 3rd segments. I'll keep working on it. The perfectionist in me didn't even want to upload this episode, but I have to get over that so I'm doing it anyway. On this episode I take you on a walk around my local forest. Birds are chirping and we have a small wildlife sighting while talking about things decorate with and do during the beginning of Autumn. I share some book recommendations and give you a couple of small spells you can do to really get into that Autumn mood. I have links and recipes below.
