    Manhattan Made Me Do It

New York did not see us coming. This week, I’m recapping a completely unhinged 48 hours in the city — from navigating the subway like a local, surviving Canal Street, shopping through SoHo, drinking through Spring Lounge, and somehow ending up at McSorley’s for approximately six hours. There’s also the Plaza Hotel, the Upper East Side, questionable wine glasses, speakeasies, an unexpected Gotham Comedy Club moment, and one airport sprint that nearly ended with a missing passenger announcement. Before all of that, however, we need to discuss the ongoing bird crisis happening at my condo, because apparently my balcony has become a landing zone for wildlife casualties. Basically: New York, Guinness, fashion, public transit, dead birds, bad decisions, and absolutely no sleep. Concrete jungle where dreams are made of, indeed.

    Twenty Episodes, Zero Lessons

Twenty episodes later and somehow we’re still here. This week, I’m officially on sabbatical, completely f****d off from my old job, and getting ready to take Found in the Wild to New York City before starting my next corporate chapter. We’re talking Thanksgiving slander, my rapidly approaching Hallmark movie season, the pressure of topping last year’s Halloween costume, my full Glenn Close–era Cruella de Vil transformation, and rewatching Sex and the City before heading straight into Carrie Bradshaw territory. Plus: Giggly Squad, Michelle Branch, Cosmos in Manhattan, Christmas anticipation, and the very important realization that this podcast is somehow the most consistent commitment I’ve made in a long time. Here’s to 20 episodes, 20 more adventures, and absolutely no indication that we’re calming down anytime soon. See you in New York, bitches.

    The Rosé Was Interrupted

This week in the wild, we’re doing fashion, fitness delusion and a full-blown family medical emergency. I’m catching up on New York Fashion Week, talking colour maxing, statement coats, Pedro Pascal, and getting the looks together for my upcoming trip to New York. Then, naturally, I spiral into HYROX and why everyone suddenly thinks dragging sleds through a convention centre makes them a hybrid rock star. And just when you think that’s enough, a quiet afternoon drinking rosé in my cousin’s she shed turns into a bee sting, an EpiPen, a 911 call, an ambulance ride, approximately eight firefighters, and somehow still making it to an engagement party. Basically: runways, rosé, emergency services and a lot of opinions. I’ll see you at the motherfucking Gucci show, bitch.

Get Your Bag & Mind Your Business

Big news in the wild: the bag has officially been secured. This week, I’m celebrating a new chapter in my career, reflecting on the very unhealthy habit of comparing yourself to everyone climbing the corporate ladder faster than you, and reminding myself that sometimes the timeline actually does make sense in the end. Naturally, that celebration turns into a rant about workplace etiquette, Gen Z discourse, and why bringing an iced coffee to a job interview should not be treated like a federal offence. Then we’re heading to a two-year-old’s birthday party, where I develop an entire theory about parent politics, competition, and whether adulthood is really just high school with mortgages and children. Plus: Salt Lake City, RHONY, Ultimate Girls Trip, Next Gen, my ongoing battle with Dancing with the Stars, and why some of you desperately need to extend through your fingertips. A little career win, a little Bravo, a little life advice — and one reminder: keep fighting for what you want. Your timeline is your timeline.

    Judging From Bed

Recording from bed and running on fumes, but the opinions are still fully operational. This week: RHONY, Salt Lake City, Next Gen, Polish Fest, soup season, the Jonas Brothers’ unexpected glow-up, and my ongoing issue with people who cannot find the beat on Dancing with the Stars. Basically: Bravo, broth, bad dancing, fall weather, and judgement from bed. I need a nap.

Not Paying BiWeekly To Catch a D***

I’m late, slightly unwell spiritually, and apparently everyone has decided to completely lose the plot this week. After briefly returning to the dating-app wilderness, I’m reporting back on Grindr, unsolicited dick pics, why I will not be paying a biweekly subscription fee to catch one, and what happens when telling a man you’re looking for a muscular daddy goes horribly wrong. Then we’re going international: a deeply unfortunate HYROX situation, absolute chaos at New York Fashion Week, red-carpet fashion that needed a stronger approval process, and my unsolicited thoughts on who — and what — is having an it moment in 2026. We’re also checking in on Amanda Batula, celebrity couples, oxblood everything, Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock’s friendship, and several other things I’ve decided deserve cultural significance. Basically: dating apps, red flags, fashion crimes, Bravo, public humiliation and absolutely nobody behaving normally. Welcome back to the wild.

    The Annual Fall Personality Shift

Labour Day is over, summer is basically dead, and apparently everyone has decided it’s time to become a completely different person for fall. This week, I’m back from suburbia with thoughts on Rib Fest, cottage culture, why nobody should ever be forced to watch someone wake surf, and the very specific personality shift that happens the second September hits. Suddenly everyone loves football, apple picking, pumpkin everything, HomeSense, red lipstick, and dressing like they’re about to star in a fall campaign. I also finally watched Steel Magnolias, revisited You’ve Got Mail and The Thomas Crown Affair, remembered just how offensively hot Pierce Brosnan was, and started mentally preparing for an upcoming trip to New York City. Somewhere in between all of that, we get slightly existential about how fast time is moving, the millennial checklist we were all handed, and whether any of us actually know what we’re actually doing.

Fall Is Back, Unfortunately So Is Burning Man

It’s September 1st, which means fall is officially allowed to begin but first, we need to discuss what the hell is happening in the desert. This week, I’m trying to understand Burning Man: the dust, the six-hour lineups, the assless chaps, the barter economy, Bethenny Frankel arriving like it’s a Bravo-sponsored luxury retreat, and why anyone would voluntarily pack up their entire life to rave without running water. Also note, we’re putting #burner in our bios now because we’re pick me energy. Back in Toronto, the CNE is committing its annual collection of food crimes, including pickle cheesecake, a KD smoothie, sweet corn wasabi lemonade and several other things that should probably never have made it past the brainstorming stage. Then we’re heading into the Bravo sphere for The Valley reunion, Next Gen NYC, some questionable golf marketing, and further proof of one of Found in the Wild’s core values: pop culture is continuing education. Plus, TikTok is coming, guests are in the works, Apple Podcasts is on the horizon, and I am officially declaring September 1st the beginning of PSL, cinnamon-stick and transitional-jacket season. Welcome to fall. Class is in session.
