REFLECTION EP 6: IF I Could Talk to My Younger Self

EP 06 — If I Could Talk to My Younger Self What would you tell the younger version of you if you had the chance to speak to them today? In this episode of Reflection, we look back on the experiences, choices, mistakes, and lessons that have shaped who we are today. Instead of living in regret over what we could have done differently, we learn to appreciate how far we have come and recognize that every season of life has something to teach us. Through Ecclesiastes 3:1, we are reminded that there is a time and season for everything. You may not have understood everything you went through back then, but with time comes growth, wisdom, and a different perspective. Take a moment to reflect on your journey, show grace to the person you used to be, and appreciate the person you are becoming. Your past does not have to be a place of regret; it can be a reminder of how much you have learned. Sometimes, the advice you would give your younger self is the very wisdom you need to live by today.

REFLECTION EP 5: Am I Becoming Better ?🧐

Growth isn’t about being better than someone else; it’s about becoming better than the person you used to be. In this episode, we reflect on personal growth, learning from past mistakes, and making progress without comparing our journey to others. Discover how to recognise the changes within yourself, stay focused on your own path, and keep moving forward with purpose. Scripture: Philippians 3:13–14

REFLECTION EP 4: "The Things I don't talk about "

We all have things we keep to ourselves—unresolved feelings, hidden struggles, mistakes, and truths we may not be ready to confront. But what we avoid addressing can quietly shape our decisions, relationships, and the person we are becoming. This episode explores the importance of self-honesty, personal accountability, and the courage to bring what is hidden into the light. Through Psalm 139:23–24, we are reminded to invite God into the parts of our lives we often overlook, allowing Him to reveal what needs healing, correction, and change. Sometimes, growth begins when we stop avoiding the truth and become willing to face it. This reflection series is shaping and reinventing what we thought we could do on our own. To finally accepting what God can do through us. Follow for more episodes.

REFLECTION EP 3:"WHAT CHANGED YOU" 🤝🗣

Welcome to Reflection episode 3, Today we Reflect on explicitly how changes teaches us. Sometimes we think we are responding to what's happening right now but we are actually responding to what happened back then. "A moment can change you without becoming your identity: "Maybe you failed that doesn't mean you are a failure, maybe someone rejected you but that doesn't mean you are unwanted" "Sometimes, we. take what happened to us and take it to this definition of who we are not, and try to. convince ourselves that it is who we are." Ep 3 is packed with a lot of points such as the mentioned above. give it a listen. let me know What Changed You? follow and subscribe for more
