Big Titty Trish owner of Mild and Wild

Everybody loves the idea of a thriving lifestyle community, but almost nobody talks about the unglamorous work it takes to build one. We sit down with Big Titty Trish, the organizer behind Mild And Wild, to get honest about what it’s like to create events, welcome new people, manage strong personalities, and still protect the vibe when grown adults start acting like high school. Trish shares how she found the Oklahoma lifestyle community during a hard reset in her personal life and why that acceptance pushed her to give back. We talk about what Mild And Wild is trying to become: a safe place where you can show up curious, shy, or brand new and still feel like you belong, even if you’re not ready to participate sexually. We also dig into the “mild” side of the mission, community support, mental health friendly connection, and fundraising, alongside the “wild” side, playful events, and building chemistry without pressure. Then we get into the stuff everyone whispers about: clique culture, social media drama, leadership backlash, and the real politics behind the scenes. Trish is crystal clear on the nonnegotiables that make any swinger lifestyle or BDSM adjacent space safer, consent culture, respecting “no,” discretion, and speaking up fast when something feels off. If you care about safer lifestyle events in Oklahoma and a community that acts like a community, this one’s for you. Lifestyle Would You Rather

We wanted a break from the heavy stuff, so we grabbed a stack of Lifestyle “Would You Rather” cards and made one rule that instantly turns the heat up: no “it depends.” From the jump we are choosing sides on the questions everyone argues about at swinger events and kink parties, like huge hotel takeover energy versus an intimate house party, making the first move versus being approached, and whether chemistry has to hit immediately or can build all night. As we go, the choices get hilariously real. We talk outfits, flirting across the room, hiding in dark corners, mingling versus locking in, and the social landmines you can almost feel in your bones: liking an old photo while creeping, forgetting names the next morning, and what happens when housekeeping knocks at the worst possible time. If you have ever left a lifestyle party thinking “well that was awkward,” you are going to recognize yourself. But even with the jokes, we keep landing on the same core skills that make non-monogamy and BDSM spaces work: communication, transparency, trust, and consent. We say it plainly because it matters: no is a complete sentence, questions beat assumptions, and respectful directness saves everyone time and stress. We also share a quick story that proves why stating preferences upfront prevents a whole night of mixed signals. We end by asking you to join the fun with your own prompts, so come ready to play along. Subscribe to Bedroom Unscripted, share this with a friend who loves the lifestyle, and leave a review, then tell us your best “Would You Rather” question for the next round.

Jealousy and Compersion in The Lifestyle

Jealousy is the one feeling almost everyone wants to hide, especially in swinging and open relationships where you’re “supposed” to be cool with everything. We get real about why jealousy still hits even when compersion is there, even when you love that your partner is having fun, and even when you know your relationship is strong. For us, jealousy usually isn’t about the playdate, it’s about what gets triggered inside: insecurity, body image, fear of rejection, or the quiet habit of comparing ourselves to someone we’ve never even met.  We also draw a bright line between boundaries and emotions. A crossed boundary is disrespect. But sometimes nothing “wrong” happened and you still feel that gut drop because a word, a detail, or a new dynamic touches something tender. We talk through how we’ve handled that, why saying “I’m fine” only delays the explosion, and why quick, honest check-ins keep small moments from turning into a pile-up.  Then we go where a lot of couples struggle: unequal attention and unequal playtime. Women often get more offers in the lifestyle, and keeping score turns nonmonogamy into a scoreboard that kills connection. We share how we think about reassurance, why “reclaim sex” isn’t a requirement for everyone, and how revisiting boundaries can match the reality that desires evolve over time.  If you’ve ever felt jealous and embarrassed about it, you’re not alone. Listen, share this with your partner, and then subscribe, leave a review, and tell us: what’s the most common jealousy trigger you want to learn to handle better?
