    You Love Me… So Why Don’t I Feel Loved?

    You can love somebody to the ends of the earth… and they can still feel unloved. Whew. 😮‍💨 This week on Girl, Be For Real, I’m asking myself a question I thought would be simple: How do I actually want to be loved? Not what love looks like on Instagram. Not what somebody else thinks their best version of loving me should be. And definitely not what I’ve accepted in the past. I’m talking about what makes me feel safe, chosen, wanted, considered, and secure. We’re getting into reassurance, communication, feeling lonely while being loved, learning how to actually receive healthy love, and figuring out the difference between what I reasonably need from a partner and what I need to work on within myself. Because apparently saying, “Just love me correctly” isn’t specific enough. 😂 And yes, this episode is a little longer because apparently I had some shit to unpack.     I’m Judging You… & These Are the Petty Hills I’ll Die On 😂

    This week on Girl, Be For Real, we are taking a much-needed break from healing, trauma, self-sabotage, and all that damn personal growth. 😂 Because sometimes… I just want to judge people. Respectfully, of course. 😭 We’re talking about the little things people do that make me irrationally irritated—from FaceTiming without warning, not returning the shopping cart, leaving one swallow of juice in the refrigerator, taking my fries after you SWORE you weren’t hungry, sending “K.” with a period, stopping in the middle of a walkway, and about 40 other things that apparently disturb my spirit. 😂 And then there are my petty hills—the opinions I will defend with absolutely no research, evidence, or supporting documentation. Toilet paper goes OVER.A refund is NEW MONEY.If you say you don’t care where we eat, you have surrendered your voting rights.Once the bra comes off, I am NOT leaving the house again.And if somebody lets you into traffic, GIVE THEM THE DAMN THANK-YOU WAVE. 😭 Are these serious problems? Absolutely not. Am I still judging you? Absolutely. So listen, laugh, argue with me in your car, and then tell me: What’s something you secretly judge people for, and what petty hill are YOU willing to die on?     Girl, hear me out

    I owed y’all a little something extra this week, so welcome to the inside of my brain. And baby… it’s a weird f*****g place. 😂 No healing. No trauma. No Shug. And absolutely NO more accountability this week because Episode 3 wore my ass OUT. Instead, I have questions. Like… do blind people dream in pictures? What the f**k do babies think about before they know how to talk? Why do I suddenly have to pee 700 times worse when I get close to my front door? Who decided we should say “cheese” when taking pictures? And if Cinderella’s glass slipper fit perfectly… HOW THE F**K DID SHE LOSE IT?! 🤨 We’re talking déjà vu, dreams, mirrors, babies, pets, sneezing, kissing, dessert stomachs, shower concerts, and all the other random shit that makes perfect sense until you actually stop and think about it. Will we find any answers? Probably the f**k not. 😂 But sometimes you don’t need the answer. Sometimes you just gotta say… “Bitch… hear me out.” And tell a friend to tell a friend to tell another damn friend about the podcast!     Bitch, I Think I’m the Problem

    What happens when you finally get the love, consistency, peace, and communication you’ve been asking for… and your first thought is, “Okay, but who the f**k sent you?” 😂 In Episode 3 of Girl, Be For Real, I’m getting a little TOO self-aware. We’re talking self-sabotage, overthinking, looking for red flags that might not even exist, and why sometimes I’m already searching for the nearest exit when nobody even asked me to leave. I also get real about “Shug” 👀—a relationship that was actually GOOD, how fear had me looking for reasons it wouldn’t last, and the hard realization that sometimes I wasn’t protecting myself from what was happening…I was protecting myself from what I was afraid might happen. And apparently, my self-sabotage has range, because it doesn’t stop at relationships. 😂 We’re getting into friendships, opportunities, this very podcast, needing other people’s validation, and learning how to let something good just be GOOD. This one is funny, vulnerable, uncomfortable, and maybe a little too damn personal. So this week, if something good happens to you: let that shit be good. ❤️ And tell a friend to tell a friend to tell another damn friend—I’m trying to get my numbers up!     Five Kids, Mom Guilt & This Ghetto Dating Pool 😭

    Five kids. Two sets of twins. Mom guilt. Special-needs parenting. Trying to find myself again… and somehow I’m supposed to DATE too?! Girl, be f*****g for real. 😂 Episode 2 gets REAL. I’m talking about the side of motherhood nobody puts on Instagram—the exhaustion, advocating for your babies, feeling like there’s never enough of you to go around, and realizing somewhere along the way that being somebody’s mama became my whole identity. And then we get into dating in 2026 because BABY… 😭 The dating pool needs to be drained, scrubbed, sanitized, and refilled. This one is funny, vulnerable, messy, and very much me. If you’ve ever loved everybody around you so hard that you forgot to save a little love for yourself, come sit with me.
