Threads We Carry

Laura de Pedis

Every life is marked by moments that change us. Some arrive as love. Others as loss. Some break us open. Others quietly shift us in the direction of who we become. Threads We Carry explores how life's hardest experiences influence the way we see the world, connect with others, and ultimately find meaning again. Every episode, Host Laura De Pedis, invites guests to share the stories behind those moments—and what they've learned in the process. From navigating grief, illness, and life-altering transitions to discovering healing through medicine, spirituality, relationships, nature, or holistic practices, every conversation offers a unique perspective on what it means to move forward when life doesn't go as planned. Rather than offering easy answers, the show embraces curiosity, exploring the many ways people rebuild, find hope, and create meaning after hardship. Again and again, these conversations reveal that while our stories are different, the emotions beneath them are deeply familiar—and that joy and grief, hope and heartbreak, can exist side by side. Whether you're rebuilding after loss, searching for meaning, or simply looking for stories that remind you you're not alone, Threads We Carry is an invitation to reflect, heal, and reconnect with what matters most. Because while every story is unique, the threads that run through them are what connect us all.
