EPisode 17: Discipline Is Attractive, Excuses Aren’t

In this episode, we're talking about why fitness is more than a hobby, how someone's lifestyle says a lot about them, and why discipline, consistency, and honesty are far more attractive than excuses. From fake gym enthusiasts to dating potential instead of reality, we're getting a little sassy and very real. Because attraction isn't just about looks, it's about mindset, habits, and compatibility. And remember, be the kind of person you're hoping to attract

Episode 16: Unpopular Opinion - Love Is Just a Feeling, Like Any Other!!

What if we've made falling in love a bigger deal than it actually is? We've romanticized love through movies, butterflies, and happily-ever-afters. But love is a feeling, not a lifetime commitment. In this episode, we're questioning the fairytale, why not every love story needs a wedding, and why choosing someone is far more than being crazy in love. Because falling in love is easy. Choosing to build a life together? That's a whole different story. 🤍 Soften the absolute claim about loveAdd a personal reason behind my opinion

Episode 15: The City Still Remembers You!!

Some cities hold more than memories, they hold little pieces of people we once loved. From familiar streets to coffee dates and a certain unforgettable bread pudding, this midnight thought is about the places we leave behind but never quite forget. A little nostalgia, a little softness, and a reminder that while old places hold beautiful memories, there's still so much life waiting to be lived

Episode 14: Why are Women Choosing Themselves!!

A little love letter to women choosing their peace, passion, independence, and themselves. We’re talking singlehood in 2026, why being alone can feel incredibly freeing, dating exhaustion, and learning that love should add to your life—not consume it. Because sometimes the most beautiful relationship you can build is the one you have with yourself.

Episode 13 : Rumi, Shams & the Kind of Love That Changes You

A midnight rabbit hole into Rumi, Shams, poetry, love, loss, and the people who change us. 📚✨ In this episode, I share some of the lines and ideas that stayed with me and how they made me think differently about love, letting go, choosing someone, and finding your way back to yourself. Also, a little love letter to books, libraries, and the magic of reading something written centuries ago that somehow still understands you.

    Episode 12: CLOSURE Isn't Coming!!

What if closure isn’t something someone else gives you? In this episode, I’m talking about why one last conversation, apology, or explanation may not actually make the hurt easier—and why sometimes peace starts when you stop asking “why” and finally choose “what now?” 💌✨

    Episode 11: Detach, Don't Disappear!!

What does a broken coffee mug, a conversation with my mom, and outgrowing people have in common? Apparently… detachment. ☕✨ In this episode, we’re talking about caring without clinging, protecting your peace, and learning that letting go doesn’t mean you stopped loving, it just means you stopped letting everything control your mood. And yes… we may need to talk about closure next. 👀

    Episode 10: Apparently I Was a Poet

Episode 10!! 🎙️ Somehow I made it to double digits, so naturally I celebrated by exposing my 2021 Notes app. Two old poems, one former crush, unnecessary levels of drama, and the return of “Caffeine Girl.” Basically: I had feelings, Wi-Fi, and way too much confidence.
