Why do we keep treating symptoms rather than the root causes?

In this episode I offer you my reflections on the difference between treating symptoms and consequences and going a couple of layers deeper and meeting the root of these symptoms. There is always a root behind every decision that we take, every opportunity that we allow ourselves to dive into, every relationship we are in...Sometimes it ia the fear of visibility that do not allow us to reach this glorious vision we have been holding onto for years, or perhaps the self-knowing that we do not tolerate a certain type of behaviour. The goal is not to judge the circumstances but to get curious of what caused them? Where did we abandon ourselves and our own souls to become part of the matrix and what is "acceptable"? Why disappointing people is the key to your next level?

In a world that constantly encourages being agreeable, submissive and "fitting" into society structures (even in countries that claim to be individualistic) I want to offer you my take on the topic of disappointment. What actually does it mean disappointing people? Why are we so afraid of it? Is there any danger or is it fear of abandonment or loneliness? Let's have a little chat about it. Not everyone needs to know your next move

How do we express ourselves? Does out expression come from inner knowing and confidence or from the search for external validation? Why everything that is not shared is deeply protected and sacred? I will try to share my thoughts on these matters with you in the next episode. Soul ownership and what does it mean to be appreciated

Nowadays many people identify with titles, what they own, where they work, etc. However, not many really own a lot if these assets are removed from their names. There identities suddenly become smaller, flatter and somehow plain. Why is that? What is really the missing piece here? And what does it mean to be appreciated for who you are, not for what you give? I am talking exactly about these topics here through my own eyes. Plus, there is a small caveat in the end of something that is current in my life that tends to affect me to a certain degree. I hope this resonates! Are our haters our biggest cheerleaders and fans?

Have you ever assigned a negative connotation to the word "hater"? Well, I am here today to challenge your view and, hopefully, show you what stands behind their motives and outer behaviour. We will learn how to love them! You can find my personal IG channel here: @yochevaam_ The podcast IG channel: @velvetrebellion_

What happens when what previously triggered you, now makes you laugh?

We naturally have unlimited capacity for knowledge and personal change. However, many of us choose to stay in the comfortable surrounding of what we know, our habits, and social circles/constraints. But what if the tigger was there to set you free in the first place rather than harm you? What if this challenge is there to upgrade us rather than disrupt what we know as being "good for us". If this resonates, this episode would, hopefully, give you some clarity on this. You can find my personal IG channel here: @yochevaam_ The podcast IG channel: @velvetrebellion_

Letting go when your body rejects your current reality

This episode reflects a topic that I have been reflecting on for the past 2 weeks which highlights how disconnection from our body and intuition leads to being stuck. Are we really that milted that we assume by our circumstances or are these just mental blocks and barriers we put on ourselves? In this intuitive message I hope that my words will bring clarity that you might need as well! My personal IG: @yochevaam_ Podcast IG: @velverrebellion_

The silent knowing before the breakthrough

What are you not admitting to yourself while your body already talks to you about? This episode explores the topic around trusting your intuition and inner knowing while having 0 proof in a physical form. How are we encouraged to stay disconnected to this inner medicine in order not to disrupt the market-based society we all live in nowadays. I hope this message resonates! Desire and Uncertainty - a vicious circle loosing game

A story that starts in its most vulnerable form. This is my very 1st episode which I felt like I wanted to share with you. How do we navigate uncertainty and what does it mean about us? I hope this resonates since it comes straight from my heart to you! My IG: @yochevaam_
