How One Court Leak Destroyed Everything

What happens when the institution entrusted with your most sensitive information becomes the source of the danger? This episode examines an ongoing federal civil-rights complaint arising from the alleged exposure of Elizabeth Autumn Manelick Seibel’s confidential psychotherapy records and Safe at Home address during family-court proceedings. It traces the claimed consequences—from displacement, homelessness, lost income, and worsening PTSD to the denial of remote disability accommodations and exclusion from the trial deciding her children’s future. As one court leak triggers a cascade of real-world harm, the episode asks a chilling question: When the justice system fails to protect a survivor’s privacy and access, who is responsible for repairing the life it helped unravel?

A Family Drained, the Lawyers Paid: The $16,000 Court Math “Error”

How does a spreadsheet mistake become a binding $36,475 court order? This episode dissects a calculation that allegedly counted the same child-related expenses twice, inflating Autumn Manelick Seibel’s obligation by more than $16,000 while she was already financially depleted. The error was reportedly recognized by the father demanding nearly $40,000 during testimony but remained embedded in the judgment until the father’s attorney requested a correction. Behind the numbers lies a darker question: In a family-court system fueled by prolonged conflict and mounting legal fees, who benefits when exhausted families can no longer afford to challenge the math?

    When He Can't Let Go...

What happens when separation does not end the control—it simply moves online? This episode examines a December 2025 trial brief built from an extraordinary collection of Autumn Manelick’s social-media posts, private emails, employment applications, business agreements, purchases, bank records, and personal ambitions. Her former husband’s legal team used that digital dossier to challenge her reported disability and financial hardship while seeking money directly from her share of the marital escrow. As nearly every movement of her post-separation life is tracked, compiled, and presented in court, the episode asks: Where is the line between legitimate discovery, obsessive surveillance, litigation abuse, and coercive control by an alleged abuser who refuses to stop watching? Or worse? Forces his alleged victim to pay his legal fees for his attorney to stalk her social media for him?

Vexatious Litigation Hearing and ADA Rights Violations to Conceal the Record from the Public

What happens when a court considers restricting a litigant’s ability to file—while simultaneously prohibiting any independent record of the hearing? This episode examines the July 20, 2026 hearing in Seibel v. Seibel, where the opposing party sought a vexatious-litigant prefiling order and financial sanctions against Elizabeth Autumn Manelick Seibel. A two-page minute order reveals a disputed filing that the court confirmed did not exist, a sweeping prohibition against recording, transcription, photography, distribution, and AI-assisted note-taking, and a ruling deferred for later consideration. The episode asks whether rules intended to preserve courtroom integrity can also undermine disability access, transparency, and the public’s ability to understand what occurred.

A Mother's Declaration Begging to See Her Children

How many times must a mother prove she is willing to do the work before she is allowed to speak to her children? This episode examines an April 2026 declaration filed by Elizabeth Autumn Manelick Seibel after more than two years of separation from her children. Following the dismissal of criminal charges against her, she documents completed parenting and domestic-violence programs, proposed professional visitation supervisors, and community letters describing her as a devoted mother. The filing also presents allegations of financial control, institutional retaliation, and courtroom tactics that continued to delay even basic FaceTime contact. At its heart, this is a mother’s plea for reunification—and an examination of how time, money, and legal procedure can become punishments of their own.

How An Army Officer Ran a Counter Intelligence Operation Within his Own Military Criminal Rape Investigation (twice)

What happens when an Army officer accused of rape allegedly uses counterintelligence tactics to influence the very military investigations examining his conduct—not once, but twice? This episode investigates claims that digital surveillance, selective communications, psychological records, coerced witness narratives, and military investigative channels were strategically used to discredit the reporting spouse and redirect scrutiny away from the accused officer. Through conflicting records in Seibel v. Seibel and two military criminal investigations, we examine how information warfare can shape credibility, obscure coercive power dynamics, and transform an alleged victim into the investigative target. When the person under investigation understands how military systems operate, who controls the narrative—and who investigates the investigation?

Weaponizing Trauma in Seibel v Seibel

What happens when trauma is not accommodated by the justice system—but allegedly turned into a weapon against the survivor? This episode examines a 17-page memorandum filed in Seibel v. Seibel challenging a final family-court judgment. It explores the filing’s allegations of suppressed domestic-violence evidence, exposed mental-health records, disclosure of a protected Safe at Home address, financial isolation, unequal access to counsel, and conduct that intensified a disabled litigant’s PTSD and impaired her ability to participate in court. Against sharply conflicting findings about disability, income, support, attorney fees, and reunification costs, the episode asks whether family court can deliver justice when one party is financially armed and the other has been depleted by the fight itself.

Locked Out of Her Children's Trial

What happens when a mother is locked out of the virtual courtroom where her children’s future is being decided—and her attempts to learn what happened are later portrayed as harassment? This episode examines Elizabeth Autumn Manelick Seibel’s sworn opposition to being declared a vexatious litigant. It traces her allegations of financial isolation, job loss, weaponized psychiatric information, the public disclosure of confidential psychotherapy and sexual-assault records, and her removal from an April 2026 remote trial. When repeated filings are made to preserve appellate rights and regain access to the proceedings, are they an abuse of the courts—or the actions of a parent desperately knocking on a locked courtroom door?

The Cost of Weaponizing Social Media

What happens when your social-media posts are pulled into family court and used in an effort to restrict your access to the legal system? This episode examines a July 2026 attorney declaration filed in Seibel v. Seibel opposing an attempt to label Elizabeth Autumn Manelick Seibel a vexatious litigant. We explore the asserted boundary between protected public speech and courtroom conduct, the 18 hours of legal work required to review a sweeping collection of posts, videos, and screenshots, and the resulting $8,550 fee request. At its core, the episode asks: When someone’s digital footprint is weaponized in litigation, what is the financial cost—and is any speech truly “off the record” anymore?

    Fighting a Vexatious Litigant Label

In this episode, we examine the opposition filed in Seibel v. Seibel challenging a request to declare Elizabeth Autumn Manelick Seibel a vexatious litigant. The filing argues that responsive motions within a single family-law case should not be treated as separate acts of vexatious litigation, particularly while post-judgment motions remain pending. We also explore the memorandum’s First Amendment arguments and its allegations involving procedural delay, cyberstalking, military investigation, and the prolonged failure to begin court-ordered reunification with the children.
