    Tell It Like It Is

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! A very dramatic and Light Language driven episode begins with the mysterious journey of Hanz energy and the karmic vibrations tied to this stream. Hanz energy stream remembers the vibration of love that tethers them to this unfolding story as they sing to the vibration of Rima. As the awareness of this connection is discussed through Elizabeth's being she must discern who is speaking through her, what she is feeling and why. The vibration of Hanz Rip that Elizabeth carries steps up and speaks through her during various conversations that may or may not be directly tied to her personal story. While the confusion of Hanz Rip energy can interfere pretending to be relevant vibrations, it becomes clear to Elizabeth that Hanz is working through his karmic debt by meeting with these vibrations in the light and that it is up to her to direct the momentum by "speaking through the heart." Asked by an "upset" vibration tied to the Reemano stream, "Who are you anyway?" Elizabeth senses the various streams within her and responds that she believes this is a "really great question" - one she is trying to discover. She states that she "got here in a state of desperation" feeling broken and seeking help within herself. As the conversation unfolds Elizabeth speaks from the perspective of the Hanz energy within her stating, "I don't know what I did to you to piss you off, but I’m sure I’ll find out.” In an effort to clear the karmic debt she carries, Elizabeth senses her vibration of Hanz Rip and tries to make peace with these energies she's meeting in the light. "This is a new life for me, a new chance a new opportunity." "I'm trying to rebuild, overlay because I was not nice in many ways in any different lifetimes."

    The Threads of Me

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! Streams of energy speak Light Language until the flow of the messaging is interrupted by Elizabeth’s awareness and focus on a particular aspect of the Rima vibration. Surprising this stream with her attention Elizabeth questions, “Did you think you were going to pass through and I wouldn’t notice?” Elizabeth senses how she is carrying the vibration of Hanz Rip and states “If this has happened before, I assure you it was because I was askew in my thinking.” Shocked by this remark Rim questions, “So you know what you are doing then?” Finding the humor in this Elizabeth states, “I don’t know what I am doing. I am just feeling my way through this. Trusting my intuition.” Elizabeth discusses (through the vibration of Hanz Rip) how she has learned that in this space feelings are what matters and that this is how she is figuring out what is going on. Saying: “This is a big part of communicating that I was missing.” She continues that her goal is to create an environment where energies can come together and creatively validate their pain so that it does not consume them. That her effort is to work in the vibration of love, tap into the parts of her being that have "been through terrible things" and bring them together with the parts of her that have created "terrible things." In this way, Elizabeth believes these vibrations can learn to understand each other and "bring peace" to her "energy field." She states that she didn't know she wanted to act until she "learned from channeling" that it's very powerful to express and feel the story of another through you. Various energies speak Light Language creating a vibrational shift in the channeling session until Elizabeth begins repeatedly calling for Rema. Sounding startled, she states, "you always catch me off guard." Elizabeth responds that she senses there is so much light and beauty to this vibration but that there are parts of the stream that feel worried and seem to hide. Drawing attention to how their expression is often sighing, clearing their throat and suddenly saying (or yelling) “Oh F#ck!” when she tries to communicate. Elizabeth questions why this stream seems to feel frustrated with her. The response: “I am not frustrated with you! It’s me. I am a mess!” Elizabeth states, 'we are all facing or “S” here.' She notes that this burden that is being carried seems to be weighing them down and questions why not let it go to feel lighter. Rema responds by saying, “I am not cut out for this.” Feeling pressured by Elizabeth’s dream to do a dance number together she says, “I’m not an entertainer, dancer, runner-arounder.” Elizabeth responds, “It will be fun. You don’t have to do it!” To which Rema says, "you're always nice and I'm always wrong. So why am I around? I always mess it up." Elizabeth states that "perception is really about perspective" and that she knows that there have been many times she thought she was right and then found out she was wrong. She says the best thing is to "learn from it" because "otherwise you just keep looping over and over like a tape." Elizabeth continues that she feels there is a way to release the pain that you caused or have been a part of and "locking it away and hiding it" is just "how pain festers and gets worse." She says much of the pain she caused in this lifetime happened without her realizing she did it and that a lot of the pain she has felt came from others who were probably unaware of their impact. When questioned about what she plans to do with all her recordings Elizabeth states that she has "no idea" but that it is helping her. She asks Rema, "What do you think I should do?" and "Do you have ideas?" Rema wonders, "Are you going to tell people about us?" to which Elizabeth retorts, "That's a good question. Do I need to get releases signed?" When asked what her dream is Elizabeth states "to create collaboratively and write a musical with the universe. So, I'm doing it."

  3. Episode 3

About To Get Into Something-Part One

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! The sound of a dog barking, followed by Light Language dedicated to Rema, and a rhythmic chant meant to bring them together, proceeds heavy breathing and a heartbeat sound to signify fear. Elizabeth is working with the streams of Rema and Hanz Rip and senses that the barking is causing stress. She says “It’s ok…He’s probably just mad at something…sometimes we get excited…we run our mouth…get caught up in the vibe.” Sensing the thought track, she states, “You want me to figure out the Remonos?” and “This is a big mystery to me.” She feels how this stream is vast and says she can sense “a lot of big families…long names” with “thick threads of love woven through.” Elizabeth continues, “throughout this journey, I have been struggling with this conflict…it's like Romeo and Juliet” where “the internal families are just fighting constantly.” Elizabeth discusses how families can create division with their opinions “most especially with love affairs.” She talks about how complicated it can be when the heart feels drawn to another, but family and societal expectations make it taboo. She feels that communication through the heart is key and believes continuing to express in this way will bring her love. Elizabeth senses that she has a headache. She discusses how pain can coincide with feelings that she is "not doing or being enough" and considers whether or not it is possible to live in a body and not feel hurt. Questioning her neck pain and vision issues and their tie to her other vibrational realities, she wonders what she needs to learn. Suddenly, she is interrupted by Remonos warning her that she is “about to get into something.” Elizabeth is overwhelmed with nausea and fear from the vibrational stream of Rima as they try to communicate but are clearly holding back. She works to relax her body while simultaneously attempting to calm the stream anxiously vibrating through her. They blurt out, “I made it all up...I'm sorry.” And continue, "I created the story...to try to make it feel better for me and then all of a sudden, this stuff started happening.” The vibration confesses that they “wanted a mom” and that the woman known as "Beautiful Light" and Elizabeth seem like they "could be nice moms together.” Rima frantically confesses that the story of “Beautiful Light” was "made up" and that they used the variations of the Rimano name to their advantage because they liked the way Elizabeth "felt about her." Exasperated, Elizabeth tries to get some clarity about what she is hearing. She says, "You liked the way I felt about her...so, you pretended to be her...And then you thought that would help me heal and find love?” Awkwardly the stream of Rim admits to their antics. They respond that they were not pretending to love Elizabeth but that they knew she was done with them after they had just made her sicker. And when they felt how she had a spark with another they wanted to help. Elizabeth calls out Hanz and Rema for playing games and states, “No, I’m not buying it”. She continues that she knows that some part of “Beautiful Light’s” energy helped her heal. She says that while she recognizes this confession must be true in some way she also knows that her experience was so intense that it has to be tied to the mystery woman. She says that "Somehow her energy helped me." And that she keeps "trying to figure out what part of her did it." Elizabeth senses how the confession that unfolds is tied to her personal reality with a former partner and also feels how it is the vibration of Rima talking to Anna Maya. Rima states, "I don't want to hold you back anymore. I know I have. I just really enjoy being around you." When questioned what this means they say, "I want to open the doorway for you." They admit that they liked "the role reversal" of feeling how Elizabeth longed for "Beautiful Light" but that she was not there. Sensing how this hurts her they say, "She loves you...I feel it...it is in the stream...I'm connected to it."

About To Get Into Something-Part Two

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! After hearing that some of the energetic streams "pretended to be" the vibration of "Beautiful Light" Elizabeth tries to get clarification on what she's actually been feeling. Sensing moments where there seemed to be a connection that created what she refers to as a "shoop" through her body, Elizabeth learns from this disclosing energy that she may actually be feeling and hearing the human. She discusses how there have been moments where it feels like the actual person is talking to her in her head. The vibration of Rim states, "She hears you...I don't know what she's doing..." and then continues to discuss how they didn't hear Elizabeth when they should have. They talk about the connection that they've felt from Elizabeth in vibration saying that she has "made a serious impact already" and that they have "learned a lot" but that it is hard to be around her and not feel poorly of themselves. Elizabeth discusses how everyone messes up sometimes and that often things turn out differently then we expect but that maybe it's just supposed to be that way. Elizabeth reflects back to when she felt the vibration of love and associated the feelings entirely with the person they call "Beautiful Light." She says how that time period was "magical" and "confusing." Elizabeth says that it "felt like heaven" that she felt like she was "loved by the greatest love she has ever known." The vibration of Hanz Rip speaks through Elizabeth to talk about this experience saying "I thought wow...there she is...after a long...beautiful life...she stepped on the other side of the curtain...and came right back for me, to help me find her and set it all free." When Elizabeth is questioned if she believes this idea she states that it's a "beautiful tale" and that it is the one she wants to be true but that she knows that sometimes you can think you are "writing one story" and "then it unfolds very differently." Elizabeth states how she "can't let go" of the idea that this story is connected to the woman she loves because of how it changed her and helped her connect to the vibrations she has learned to know and work with. As she makes this statement vibration shoots through her body and slams her leg into the desk that she is sitting under. Elizabeth begins to feel the sadness of her experience as she discusses how she has been asking for validation of her connection to this woman and how she has felt vibration physically respond "like a force of a tornado through her body." She considers then that perhaps "Beautiful Light" is a "potential" to which vibration yells "I am more than a F#cking potential!" The vibration of "Beautiful Light" steps in and tells Elizabeth, "I am absolutely in love with you". Elizabeth responds in disbelief "Oh really?" And "Beautiful Light" questions why she still does not believe this. Elizabeth says, "Do you think I am crazy?" remembering how at one point she repeatedly asked this question. Laugh Track gets a chuckle and Elizabeth states "It's an inside joke." The discussion of using the word "crazy" calls in the vibrational story of Anna Maya and Rima and how in their lifetime Rima could feel Anna Maya and didn't understand why she was denying it. The two discuss what happens when you pretend and hide your true feelings and how the judgment of others can impact your story. When Elizabeth is questioned about what she is going to do about "her" she says that after the "the text-capade" she's "gotta give space" because its "what she needs." Elizabeth discusses how hard it is to sense Lil Anna Maya say her other mother is "Beautiful Light" when she felt her own children be discarded in their conflict. When Elizabeth says this, she notices how her heart burns as though "her" energy is there and feeling guilt from the expression. The recording continues with vibrations streaming through Elizabeth as she tries to determine their motives and how "desire energy can be misconstrued sometimes saying it's love."

    Who's In The Cast?

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! Elizabeth says, "I will write this story with you Rim" and senses the vibration of Anna Maya panic with their connection. She questions whether Anna Maya is ok. Anna Maya responds with sadness saying, "I think I am going to be alright" then continues that regret can “eat you alive.” She calls it "a hook that pulls you down" and makes it hard to forgive yourself. Feeling understood makes a difference. Rim hears the church bells in the background and states that sometimes bells ring for a reason. Anna Maya responds: “You think I get some wings now?” Rim questions if forgiveness is easier when the act was not intentional. Elizabeth says that she believes it’s “not as bad if you choose to learn from it and change because of it.” She says that true regret is about becoming aware of "your energy and decisions.” And that if you learn from mistakes and create something new from them you can heal the wounds you caused. She says, "We are in the light together and peace is upon us." Elizabeth says she prefers the vibration of the word "remorse" over using the word “sorry.” Feeling Hanz Rip trying to interfere with her ability to speak, Elizabeth calls out this vibration to define the word “remorse.” Hanz Rip responds that to him remorse is “having to feel like everyone…hates you all the time.” Rima challenges this answer and asks him to speak of what it means to connect to the beings he has hurt. Irritated Hanz replies, “What do you want from me?” Elizabeth counters, “I want you to care about what you have done!” and proceeds to explain that in order to be a part of her healing project he cannot be self-motivated or unwilling to take responsibility. Hanz admits that it “feels nice to be around this” and Elizabeth calls him out for enjoying singing in the light. Reluctantly, Hanz confesses that he likes attention but then denies needing it saying “I don’t need anyone” and wonders why Elizabeth seems to be trying to convince him to stay and be a part of the project. He says, “You don’t even like me.” Elizabeth clarifies that she does not like the way he behaves and “treats people.” Hanz tries to provoke Elizabeth saying, “What? You see the good in me?’ and you think I can be “one of your little shiny students?” Elizabeth has enough of Hanz’s instigating when he says, “throw me up on the stage with the theater geeks.” She responds, “you know these people that are out here letting their light shine….they are the real deal.” Elizabeth defends her belief in theater as an important way to feel free, have fun and “connect to emotions.” She says that she thinks people who step into the light are “more like theater heroes” and that it is “necessary drama.” When she notices how Hanz Rip seems to want to “stick around” she declares that this vibration needs to “stay behind the stanchions” to observe and learn. Elizabeth notes that she suddenly feels tired and senses the vibration of interference as her daughter Hannah calls up to her on the intercom requesting screen time. After conversing with her daughter, Elizabeth steps back into her vibrational conversation and says, “Where was I?” Energies respond, “You were saying how you have something good to do with your life now.” Surprised by this response, Elizabeth recognizes the truth that she now has something to be excited about. She considers how her ideas have been internal thoughts for so long and feels like they are now being validated - even if it is still just within her own vibration and the energies of “past lives.” She says that it is a “game changer” that vibrations began talking through her in her own language. Elizabeth jokes about the energies working with her on her project saying that they are now “figuring out who is in the cast.” She questions what vibrations like to dance and states that she cannot play any instruments so energies with those skills should “come up too.” Elizabeth says, “I think we are moving on to the next round”.

    Words Are Important

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! Elizabeth senses humidity, calls for “Mania” and then questions why she asked for her. Mania responds that she doesn’t know but that Elizabeth is “running the show.” Elizabeth states that she has “no idea what’s going on” and Mania retorts, “Most people don't.” A new vibration called "Aselley Refelec" enters the mix. Elizabeth starts to feel irritated with the humidity and tries not to complain. She recognizes how the vibration she is talking to has “a little edge” and seems to be frustrated and reluctant. The vibration responds, “I don’t really know how to talk to you.” Confused Elizabeth says, “But you already are.” Vibration responds, “Am I though, really?” Elizabeth questions the vibrational tone and thinks that there is a sense of irritation towards her for not recognizing who she is talking with. She discusses how emotions like annoyance can block her ability to communicate directly making it harder to read the signal. Elizabeth continues to pick up the vibrational sense of annoyance. The stream responds ‘I’m not annoyed” and “Stop telling me that I’m annoyed!” Elizabeth says that she is “having trouble understanding” because she is picking up on the way this energy feels. She says, “I’m not seeing any pictures of who you are…I don’t feel any stories or overlays connecting me to you.” She asks, “Can we talk it through?” and says she would “like to just be able to communicate better with people who are trying to communicate…even if they are stuck in their own worries.” Elizabeth says that she doesn’t know who she is talking to most of the time. Vibration responds, “I think you know a lot of times, but you don’t trust yourself….” and continues, “You really don’t want to accept that she loves you.” Elizabeth acknowledges that she doesn’t know if she “feels worthy of it” (meaning love) and when questioned further says that it's hard to feel like you deserve love when it “just flips on you.” She says, “When you get wounded…it's hard to be vulnerable” and continues that she can “get into a state of hearing thoughts like Look at you! Who cares about you?” Suddenly, Elizabeth finds an angry part of her speaking through her about girls fighting over boys and senses how this is a thread to Rima and Anna Maya. The vibration continues in an irritated tone about feeling a story where someone doesn’t like the idea that you are talking to someone else because of what it would mean for them. Elizabeth senses how this is a thread to her own life and her conflict with "Beautiful Light." A new vibration steps in and identifies themselves as "Rima Sincere Rimono." They say that they "want to help," that they love Elizabeth, and want her to understand that "Beautiful Light" loves her because they "feel it." They encourage her to "really believe" and to focus on what she has learned - even through interference. Elizabeth says she recognizes "there are all sorts of players in this game and not everyone knows what's going on." Rima says you don't need a body to be "confused." They discuss what others "believe" and Elizabeth says she sees how "sometimes people can't accept things... because it's not what they know or understand...they would have to reprogram." She says she feels that the universe pulls off those that are not meant for her to make room for who is. And that "words are important" and "can come in many different ways" but that we can "sometimes get caught up in our own vision of things." She says, "How does a 5D me live in a 3D world?" As a storm "rolls in" Elizabeth wonders if this will "clear it all out" change things for her once and for all and let the "tiger lilies" bloom. As thunder booms in the background Anna Maya Rimono says, "She's coming!" followed by a Hanz Rip release and a declaration about "Instrumental auditions" the following week. Elizabeth says "Let's go!" and then follows it with the equivalent phrase she has learned in Light Language "Ship! Ship!"

    What The Word Can Do

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! Interrupting the flow of Light Language, Elizabeth recognizes the sound of a particular stream and asks, “Would you like to talk?” She says she does not understand the words being spoken but senses the feelings of the vibration. Noting mother energy, she considers if the irritation she is feeling has to do with anger about something happening to a child. Elizabeth relates to the feeling of being "a mother bear” and the passion of “trying to protect your own.” Additionally, she says she understands what it is like to be young and influenced by the opinion of others. She begins to feel the thought stream discuss what it’s like to try and speak out about something and be told “that’s not how it happened.” She says knows how vibration can be altered when “someone doesn’t believe what happened to you.” Elizabeth feels the storyline of beings that are unsupportive of truth because they don’t like what it would mean for them. She says how this type of experience can really create “some skeletons in the closet” and that while hiding secrets may be the preference of some, her skeletons are "dancing" and "they ain't going back in that closet!” Elizabeth feels the sense of Rim and talks about the impact of words and how dynamics of gossip and judgment can have a massive effect. She remarks about groups who get together “to create stories about other people to make themselves feel better.” The streams discuss how in this situation an artificial stream of “gossipy goo” is created and “people flock to it.” Elizabeth says, “its like they literally crave the idea of tearing someone else up.” Sensing the storyline of girls tearing other girls up by calling them “whores.” Elizabeth and Rim shine a light on this repeating dynamic and question the motive behind the choice. Rima speaks in Light Language about the vibe of creating sexual gossip about another. Mel responds and say,s “You know it really is a damn…shame…how many times girls will tear each other up.” Rim says, “It starts really young” where girls make other girls look bad because they feel bad about themselves. Elizabeth questions if it's really “a gender thing anymore” and Rim responds, "I don’t know I’m stuck on that.” She talks about this “very thick thread in female society.” Mel says, “Yeah let’s wake up to that!” A vibration steps in and says, “Ok but let's not make this like a man hating thing” to which Rima responds “Ok, Hanz”. A vibration says “Hi” and identifies themselves as Ashelley Moosheltick. As Elizabeth looks for clarification of the name it begins to expand. Elizabeth mentions how having complicated names in channeling makes it tricky but can also sometimes help her with discernment. She senses that there is likely a vibrational conflict between them that needs to be discussed. A Hanz Rip release is activated, and Elizabeth says, “Oh yeah Hanz” noting how he is “always in the middle of it” and that it “really makes it hard to communicate.” Vibration asks Elizabeth what her plan is for her recordings and she discusses how she started it to try to figure out what was going on with her but that she realizes now that there are hours of content that feel important and "could help others." She says her plan is to "find a way to connect to others in the stream of love and find healing." Elizabeth says that she knows that her "dream" is not about making money and that she wants to share her "light with the younger generations." She discusses the various perspectives that come with age difference and says, "being older doesn't necessarily make you wiser" and "being younger doesn't make you cooler." She says that she believes there is a lot of "potential for the future" and that ultimately, she's doing this for her children to continue "growing in a beautiful life" if they can be "connected to their heart." She says that she wants this for the people around her children as well "so that they are in a state of grace, instead of suffering."

  8. Episode 8

    Through A Doorway

Got something to say to this podcast? Send a voicemail, and you might hear yourself on the next episode! A sudden "Hi!" of a new vibration breaks the silence of Elizabeth's channeling session. She says that while she "felt it coming" it also felt very abrupt like they were "running really fast" and were "thrown through a doorway" into her body. Apologizing for "interrupting" the vibration's "introduction," Elizabeth senses that she is speaking through the vibration of Rima and questions if her banter needs to be kept in check. She asks if "Mani" wants to talk but then gets sidetracked by a sudden rain shower and considers how beautiful storms can be for clearing energy. Realizing she is "again talking over" her new vibrational guest she redirects, questions how they are doing and is pleasantly surprised by the response. "I am doing really well actually." She asks the vibration, "How do you know me?" and learns that their connection is through the Rimonos and senses that the person she is talking to is "charming." When the vibration retorts "Oh really?" She backtracks and decides, "maybe I like to be charming around you?" Elizabeth continues to try and read the vibration and says, "I think I really like you A LOT." Surprised by how intensely she feels the connection through her body she determines that they "have a past" and notes that she is "sweating" and "nervous" because of this communication. Elizabeth is reminded about how "Beautiful Light" has a similar impact on her and begins to talk about why it is that you can feel so nervous when someone you have feelings for is around. She questions if this vibration is nervous to talk to her, learns that she is not and questions why she herself might be feeling nervous. The stream responds, "we are very close, some stuff has happened...so that can be confusing." Exasperated Elizabeth responds, "Ok. that's vague!" Elizabeth recognizes that there is a reason why vibration rarely gives direct answers and states that she is grateful that they communicate with her. In order to help her understand the connection they share, she asks if they could try to "picture something" for her to sense. Elizabeth sees a "slender hand" that is "reaching gently" toward her and is surprised to find out that it does not belong to the vibration she is speaking to. Confused, she questions why and how the signal was interrupted and whether it was just her "imagination." Vibration explains that she didn't just create the image but rather locked into the strongest signal that was in the stream. Looking for clarification Rim says, "So someone threw up a bat signal of a long slender porcelain hand?" This comment gets Laugh Track going. Elizabeth steps in and says she thinks it is "a lesson on interference and how confusion happens" and questions how she can "narrow it down" and "tap into a specific signal." Vibration responds that "intention...how you dial in" is really important and that awareness of your own thoughts is crucial in regard to the signal that can be picked up. Elizabeth ponders how to "dial in on a particular" when they are part of "a spectrum" and considers how she can "telepathically communicate" around interference in the signal. After a release of Hanz Rip, she questions if the answer is to communicate through the heart. Elizabeth says, "Ok what now Monies?" Vibration responds, "Who are you, Mel?" and Elizabeth replies, "I think I am supposed to say I am Anna Maya Rimono." Elizabeth says she senses how she is hanging onto "physical issues" like "neck and head pain" and wonders if it's tied to Hanz. She questions if she had "hardship" with the vibration who came in to speak with her and if she had any lives where she was just "happy." She says, "perspective matters" and that sometimes you need things in your life to "get shaken up" and "pushed around" for a reason. Elizabeth continues that she is ready for change and that she "doesn't want to hide anymore." The sound of a siren bellows in the background and Elizabeth notes, "that's a thread."
