He showed up with 24 roses. 🌹 Then came dinner, coffee, muffins, donuts for my coworkers, dinner for my mom… and plans for Disneyland. And somehow, all of this happened in about SEVEN DAYS. Now listen, he may be in the military, but DAMN… I did not order a love bomb. 💣🌹 For one very confusing week, I thought I had accidentally stumbled into a Hallmark movie. Spoiler: I did not. 🚩 Welcome to my dating life, where the men come bearing flowers, the plot twists deserve their own Netflix documentary, and apparently I need a background check before accepting a bouquet. In my FIRST episode, I’m breaking down the wild seven-day saga that had me thinking Prince Charming had entered the chat… until my gut started telling me something was OFF. We’re talking grand gestures, 24 roses, coworker donuts, Disneyland plans, questionable conversations, suspicious signs, and the moment this romantic comedy took a HARD left into true-crime territory. Names and identifying details are staying private. The story, however? Oh, we're talking about it. Grab your margarita, pre-workout, or emotional-support water bottle. 🌹 Dating disasters 🚩 Red flags 💀 True-crime energy 🏋🏼‍♀️ Gym therapy 🍸 Absolutely unqualified relationship commentary Welcome to the chaos. Roses are red… flags are too.

    I Miss YOU Dad

Last night, I listened to an old podcast episode from when I first started, and there he was, my Pops, talking about being an educator. For a little while, I got to hear his voice again. I wanted to keep listening because turning it off meant missing him all over again. 🤍 When we recorded it, I was having fun, finding my voice, and discovering something I loved. I never imagined how much that recording would mean to me one day. Listening now, I hear how far I’ve come, but I also hear the man who helped me believe in myself along the way. In this episode, I share the story behind why I call him “Pops.” That name means more than any definition could ever hold. It holds the love he gave me, the trust we built, and the countless ways he showed me what having a father could feel like. He was my stepdad, and he stepped up and became the father I never had. He chose to love me, to show up for me, and to be someone I could lean on. He became my rock. Being his daughter is something I will treasure for the rest of my life. Our parents’ words and advice stay in our minds and hearts long after the conversations end. I carry his with me every day. I still want his guidance. I still want to tell him what I’m doing, ask him questions, and hear what he thinks. There is so much I wish we could still talk about. Pops, I love you with my whole heart. I hope you knew how deeply I loved being your daughter. You helped shape the woman I am, and as I keep growing, I will keep carrying what you taught me. I wish I could hug you and tell you how much you mean to me one more time. Going back to where my podcast began brought me back to you. Hearing your voice hurts because I miss you so much, but it also comforts a part of me that has been aching for you. I’m so grateful we pressed record. 🤍🎙️

    Amen, NEXT

Spotted: one very hot Church Guy on the fast track to becoming a dating miracle. ⛪️👀 Cute face. Great body. Sexy voice notes. Picking me up and twirling me around like perhaps, after 24 Roses, the dating gods had finally decided I'd suffered enough. And I couldn't help but wonder… Had the Lord finally answered my prayers, or was this just another man with good arms and bad judgment? Oh, ladies. We got our answer. Because somewhere between flirting and fellowship, Church Guy became OCTOMAN. 🐙 Hands here. Hands there. Hands are apparently multiplying by the minute. Sir, this is a date, not an eight-limbed group project. And just when I thought we had reached our maximum capacity for foolishness… A banana entered the ministry. 🍌 Water. Condensation. A deeply unfortunate attempt at being sexy. And suddenly I found myself wondering: How can a man look so good… and talk himself out of being attractive so efficiently? Because darling, he had the job. The application was approved. All he had to do was sit there, look pretty, and mind his ministry. Instead? He chose moisture. And just like that, my attraction wasn't lost. It was raptured. 🕊️ So grab your Bible, take your seat in the front pew, and pour the communion wine generously. This week, we're talking Octoman, wandering hands, one scandalous piece of produce, and the exact moment a hot man got himself excommunicated from my dating congregation. Last week: –24 Roses. 🌹 This week: Jesus Take the Banana Please. 🍌 And remember, ladies: Some men lose you to another man. Some lose you to bad behavior. And some? Lose you to condensation. You know you love the mess. Amen & next. 💋⛪️
