What Went Wrong With The Multiverse?

Robert Downey Jr.’s Doctor Doom replacing Kang the Conqueror in Avengers: Doomsday after Jonathan Majors was arrested may have solved Marvel’s immediate villain problem, but it exposed much bigger issues with the MCU’s Multiverse Saga. From variants making character deaths feel meaningless and nostalgia cameos replacing storytelling to multiversal stakes becoming increasingly abstract, Marvel has struggled to recreate the clear buildup that connected Thanos, the Infinity Stones, Infinity War, and Endgame. ⏱️TIMESTAMPS⏱️0:00 Intro0:51 Wolverine2:04 Variants3:23 Stakes5:46 Cameos7:26 Thanos vs Doom #doomsday #avengersdoomsday #multiverse Breakdowns & Blockbusters is represented by Digital Fox Talent. Were the Star Wars Prequels Masterpieces All Along?

George Lucas’s Star Wars prequels were mocked for the taxation of trade routes, tariffs, the blockade of Naboo and their heavy focus on politics, but decades later, The Phantom Menace, Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith feel strangely ahead of their time. We break down the politics of the Star Wars prequel trilogy, Palpatine’s rise, the groundbreaking CGI and digital filmmaking, George Lucas’s world-building, and why fans have reappraised the prequels after Disney’s Star Wars sequel trilogy. Were audiences wrong about the prequels, or were these still deeply flawed movies built around a masterpiece of a story? ⏱️TIMESTAMPS⏱️0:00 Intro0:58 The Politics of the Prequels4:23 The Digital Revolution5:26 World Building7:41 So… Are They Masterpieces? #starwars #george lucas Breakdowns & Blockbusters is represented by Digital Fox Talent.
