Terrell May Shuts Down the VAPING Rumour

Terrell May fires back at the fabricated media rumours and direct attacks on his character, specifically addressing the baseless claims—amplified by Paul Kent—that he was vaping in the Wests Tigers' gym. He shares his frustration over constantly being an easy target because of his surname, but makes it clear that he doesn't let the noise affect him personally since he’s been off social media for nearly a year. Terrell also opens up about the real toll these fake stories take on his family, emphasising that while he couldn’t care less about the opinions of those who don’t actually know him, having to constantly reassure his parents is the hardest part of the relentless media scrutiny. Why Matty Johns still cries over the 1997 Grand Final

A visibly emotional Matthew Johns breaks down recounting the intense grand final week, including his brother Andrew playing with a burst lung and a legendary, tear-filled hotel room meeting led by Paul Harrigan. He relives the frantic final seconds of the game where a childhood theory about a winger at dummy half set up Darren Albert's game-winning try. The story caps off with absolute post-game chaos, featuring 110,000 fans swarming the team bus, a completely blank "better than Lego" TV interview, and hitching a ride through a McDonald's drive-through in the back of a police paddy wagon. 0:00 - Setting the scene for 971:10 - Andrew Johns Broken Ribs3:48 - Secret Players Meeting5:37 - Day of the Grand Final7:05 - 14-14 with a few mins left8:41 - What happened after the win9:56 - Better then lego See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Why Spencer Leniu Refuses To "Fall In Line"

Spencer Leniu opens up about the immense pressure to conform to society's expectations, urging young people to stay true to themselves and avoid simply "falling in line" with how others want them to behave. He vows to never change or switch up regardless of fame or money, staying fiercely loyal to his roots in Minto and South Auckland. Spencer then brutally calls out the NRL media for their toxic clickbait tactics, labeling sports journalism as one of the "lowest jobs" that actively damages players' mental health while pretending to advocate for it. Finally, he clears the air regarding a controversial quote about "hating Tongans," exposing how the media twisted his words about a natural football rivalry to create fake drama.#MAYDAYMemoriesTIMESTAMPS:0:00 - EXPECTATIONS OF SOCIETY1:12 - TRUE TO YOURSELF1:55 - ATTACKING FOR A NEGATIVE STORY3:29 - ARE THEY ADVOCATES FOR MENTAL HEALTH4:48 - DO YOU HATE TONGANS See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
