Jilted Girl

Jilted Girl

Dating is the laboratory. Identity is the mystery. Jilted Girl began with a question I couldn't stop asking: What actually happened? Not what I hoped happened. Not what I feared happened. Not the story I constructed at two o'clock in the morning because someone didn't text me back. What actually happened? So, I started looking at the evidence. I thought I was investigating dating. It turns out dating was only where the investigation began. Jilted Girl is a first-person investigation into the stories we inherit, the stories we tell ourselves, and the strange ways they follow us into love, family, loss, identity, and the choices we make without ever quite knowing why. There are case files here. Men and messages. Mixed signals and questionable decisions. But there are also childhood stories, old assumptions, unexpected patterns, and moments when the evidence points somewhere I absolutely did not expect. This isn't a dating advice podcast. There are no gurus, no ten-step plans, and no pretending to have all the answers. We're going to look at what actually happened. Facts before conclusions. Curiosity before certainty. Evidence before assumptions. And if the evidence changes, so does the working theory. Sometimes it's funny. Sometimes it's uncomfortable. Sometimes it gets surprisingly personal. But that's the investigation. Don't solve mysteries that time will solve for free. Well... this should be interesting.
