She’s been a creator herself, producing the Webby-winning webseries SRSLY; worked on the platform side, leading content strategy at TikTok; and managed one of Canada’s chicest influencers: her mom, Moments of Jane. Carmen is a Toronto-based social media strategist, writer, and internet culture obsessive with nearly 15 years of experience in social. By day, she leads social strategy at a tech startup; she’s also a LinkedIn Top Voice, and makes analytical video essays about internet culture in her spare time. She’s deeply curious about how the internet shapes culture, community, and the way we discover what to watch, read, and care about.
