Episode 4: The Love That Remains

Some losses change your life forever, and pregnancy and infant loss is one of those experiences that words can never fully explain. In this episode of The Ever Changing Podcast, we’re having a deeply personal and meaningful conversation in recognition of Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. I’m opening up about my own experience of losing my son, the grief that comes with losing a child, and the love that remains long after loss. We’ll talk about the things people may not understand about pregnancy and infant loss, the importance of acknowledging a parent's grief, and how to show up for someone navigating this kind of heartbreak. We’ll also discuss faith, healing, giving yourself grace, and why no one should feel pressured to grieve on a timeline. Whether you have personally experienced pregnancy or infant loss, love someone who has, or simply want to become more understanding and supportive, this conversation is for you. I’ll also share resources available in the South Carolina Lowcountry for families who may need support. Episode 3: The Growing Pains of Becoming Her

Have you ever reached a point in your life where you knew you wanted to become a better version of yourself, but realized that getting there would require you to change some things along the way? In this episode, we're getting real about the growing pains of becoming her—the uncomfortable, sometimes messy, but necessary parts of personal growth. We're talking about outgrowing old habits, changing the way we respond to situations, navigating relationships as we grow, setting boundaries, and learning to give ourselves grace while still holding ourselves accountable. We'll also talk about the importance of trusting God's direction, being patient with ourselves, and understanding that growth isn't about becoming perfect overnight. It's about being honest with ourselves, learning from our experiences, and making intentional choices that align with the people we want to become. Because becoming her isn't just about how you look or what you accomplish. Sometimes, it's about how you communicate, how you protect your peace, how you treat yourself, and how willing you are to do the inner work. So grab your favorite drink, get comfortable, and join me for an honest conversation about becoming the woman you're working toward being. In this episode, we're reflecting on: * What “becoming her” really means beyond social media * The challenge of breaking old habits and patterns * Outgrowing relationships and learning to establish healthy boundaries * Giving yourself grace without avoiding accountability * Trusting God's timing and being patient with your growth * Small, intentional steps you can take toward becoming your best self Your big-sister check-in: What is one thing you're learning about yourself in this season of your life?
