( That I assume that you understand and are aware of what I am talking about.) It’s unfair and I keep saying it on the basis that when I verbalize these ideas I believe that somewhere in the nooks and crannies of you brain you get…

There is no way to know. ( A throw away that has nothing to do with this is that maybe as you get closer to awakening is that you can just barely tolerate the sound of the human voice and that includes your own.) And even though you cannot say for sure you are totally awake its…

One way or another everyone involved with trying to wake up (State of no preferences, no thoughts, no cravings etc.) accepts that this sleeping state ( the mind continually yakking on about nothing most of the time)…

I am not sure if you folks have taken it to a worthwhile extreme. Maybe you have. I mentioned it last time and I have mentioned it in the past. The classic example of meditation is to still the mind. The more active form would be to use the notion…

Consider the six billion on the earth. Here we (mankind) are and no one knows how we got here, we do not know what is going on (we can think we do) and what do we complain about? Listen to what the other six billion people complain about. (ex. husbands,…

A variation of this that could prove revealing is that the conscious part of the brain (the mind) is programmed to look for, seek out, and thrive on the new. Once the mind (CPOB) looks at something and takes it in the inclination of the mind is to not look at it as it is but what it…

The description was then based on the understanding that everything you cannot touch is irrelevant except to the ordinary mind which is just one small piece of the collective mind. This fictional hero…
