What Happens When Your Identity Is Taken From You

Today’s guest is my friend Magnus Andersson. At 22 he moved to Thailand to become a professional Muay Thai fighter. He lived there for five years and won two world titles. Then COVID hit. His last fight in Thailand was for a world title in an empty stadium. then the fights stopped. And it hit him with a depression. So he moved to Tulum, did an ayahuasca ceremony, and that’s when everything started to change. He started questioning who he was outside of fighting, where his patterns came from, and what he was actually here to do. Today he runs Revolution Gym, coaching clients in Muay Thai, and is building a life with his partner Kiki. What I respect most about Magnus is his commitment to grow and level himself up as a man. I see him constantly reading learning and embodying it not just talking about it. In this episode we go deep into identity, relationships, and how the right partner levels you up as a man. This is one of my favourite conversations I’ve recorded. And If you’re doing the work to become the best version of yourself, I really think you’ll enjoy this episode. He Lost His Job at 39. It Was the Best Thing That Happened.

Acie spent 16 years in a government job in Canada. Financial stability, security, and the freedom to build businesses on the side without any real pressure. Three months ago he lost it. It was a shock. But it also gave him the opportunity to go all in on his business and make that his one thing. But before he could, he was faced with massive limiting beliefs around his own ability and the fear of failure. So he got a coach, worked on his mindset, and backed himself. And he's been building his new business ever since. In this conversation we go deep into why identity is the root fix, why safety nets become ceilings, alignment, purpose and what it actually takes to back yourself when the fear is still there. If you're stepping into the next version of yourself, sharing a new message and building a business, I really think you'll enjoy this episode.

How to Overcome the Fear of Being Seen. With Kristen Shea

How to Overcome the Fear of Being Seen. With Kristen Shea Kristen Shea spent years as a corporate executive, helping companies with their marketing strategy and branding. But at 37 she hit rock bottom. Seventy dollars in her bank account, having walked away from a narcissistic family dynamic. No safety net. No plan. And the only intuition she got was to start sharing her channelled messages on TikTok. The worst thing she could have thought of doing. But her back was against the wall and nothing else was working. So she went all in. Now, two years on she teaches people how to become visible, how to clear their fear of being seen, and how to align their business to their own unique blueprint. Her work has had a huge impact on me personally. It helped me overcome my own fear of being seen and step into my power. In this conversation we go deep into fear, shame, and frequency. Why your content isn't working even when the strategy is right. And the practical steps to actually be seen. This is genuinely one of my favourite episodes. If you are holding back from sharing your full self, I really believe you will get a lot from this one.
