Flip The Script - "What Are You So Angry"

What Are You So Angry About? Part of the Flip The Script series Anger is easy to justify. Someone crossed a line. Things didn't go our way. We were misunderstood, disrespected, or hurt. And before we know it, our reaction feels more than reasonable. But what if the anger we're defending is actually revealing something God wants to change in us? In What Are You So Angry About?, we take an honest look at what's happening beneath the surface of our anger. Because sometimes the real issue isn't just what happened to us, but how we're choosing to respond. God's wisdom invites us to slow down, examine our hearts, and choose a response that reflects Jesus rather than simply reacting out of frustration. You can't always control what happens around you, but you can invite God to transform what's happening within you. Maybe it's time to flip the script on your anger.

Flip The Script - "I Hate That For You"

We all know the phrase: "I hate that for you." Sometimes it's empathy. Sometimes it's sarcasm. And sometimes... it's exactly what we're thinking when someone else gets what we don't think they deserve. But what if the way we see other people is revealing something about what's happening inside of us? In "I Hate That For You," we flip the script on envy, comparison, and the temptation to measure someone else's life against our own. James challenges us to recognize the difference between wisdom that comes from God and the kind of thinking that quietly creates jealousy, rivalry, and division. Because following Jesus means more than looking wise on the outside. It means allowing God to transform what's happening on the inside. So before you celebrate someone else's struggle, compare their blessing to yours, or quietly whisper, "I hate that for you..." maybe it's time to let God flip the script on you.

Flip The Script: "Fake It 'Til You Make It"

It's easy to learn the language, look the part, do the right things, and even convince ourselves that we're doing pretty well. But Jesus isn't looking for better religious performance. He's inviting us into something deeper: a real relationship with Him. In "Fake It 'Til You Make It," we flip the script on the pressure to perform and discover the difference between looking like a follower of Jesus and actually following Him. Because you don't have to fake your way into faith. You can come as you are, stop performing, and simply follow Jesus.

Flip The Script : "Before You Hit Send"

BEFORE YOU HIT SEND Part of the "Flip the Script" series We live in a world that rewards the quick response. Read it. React. Fire back. Hit send. But wisdom often sounds a lot more like: wait. There’s a folder we all carry around filled with the things we almost said, almost posted, and almost sent. Sometimes the most spiritual thing we can do is slow down long enough to listen before we react. In "Before You Hit Send," we’ll talk about the difference between speed and wisdom, what happens when we surrender our need to control the conversation, and how God can bring peace to a heart that wants to react. Before you answer, pause. Before you react, listen. Before you hit send... let God speak.
