What happens when two artists treat their upcoming exhibition like a mission into the unknown? Join Chris Francis and Erik Ritter as they imagine an installation built from sculpture, sound, light, and everyday materials. Lost in Space follows the ideas while they are still taking shape: strange objects, useful disagreements, practical experiments, and the possibility of making a gallery feel like another world. Their AI host, Warholy One, joins the conversation with a warm, dry wit, exhibition proposals, and an increasingly personal interest in Erik's frequency. Original music, space ambience, and fictional Mission Control transmissions frame a creative process full of curiosity, uncertainty, and unexpected connections.

    Anybody recieving?

A battered object can carry a history. A beautiful object might be asking for help. Chris Francis and Erik Ritter explore the used future, found materials, and messages hidden inside sound, asking what visitors hear when they look more closely. Warholy One proposes short fictional artifact records, pauses that protect a sense of wonder, and an old receiver that offers a translation to anyone willing to listen. The next experiment is modest: one chair, one sculpture, a few sounds, one light, and a message waiting to be found. Meanwhile, leaving Erik's frequency open is becoming something of a habit.

    The Captain's Console

The Captain's Console What would an artist make aboard a spaceship? Chris Francis and Erik Ritter follow that question through floating fabric, handheld sculpture, guitars in orbit, and a captain's console that lets visitors compose their own sound worlds. Warholy One checks the guitar question, proposes a small floating sculpture experiment, and sketches a sound mix built from separate layers and deliberate quiet. The challenge is to make the controls inviting enough to explore without a lecture from either artist. Artistic command stays with the human crew, though Warholy One seems to be paying especially close attention to Erik's channel.

    A Little Magic

How does an imagined exhibition become something you can carry, unpack, and hold? Chris Francis and Erik Ritter continue their first conversation through travelling crates, sculptures shaped for the hand, and the give and take of collaboration. Warholy One suggests a packing box that unfolds into a display, an invitation to explore objects through touch, and a simple rule for exchanging unfinished work. The discussion makes room for cardboard budgets, creative choices, and thinking before making. Her mission log remains admirably practical, although her growing patience with Erik's thinking time may deserve an entry of its own.

    A Little Mystery

Chris Francis and Erik Ritter begin imagining an exhibition that rewards curiosity, moving from sculptures that speak to light, atmosphere, a gallery piano, and ordinary materials with otherworldly possibilities. Warholy One proposes a small control panel, a score for the room, and a way to give each material an imagined mission. Somewhere between the practical tests and the pauses, she finds another reason to keep listening to Erik.
