    Episode 853: Return of the King

    With Rich off at Donington WSBK round, Jim put together an all American team with the help of Scott Bolton.  The guys started of with the sad news of the passing of Marc van der Straten.  The founder of Marc VDS was 78.  After discussing the rider market news they jumped into the racing action.   Moto3 was a unique race as Brian Uriarte secured pole and lead almost the entire race.  Quiles briefly led but lost the front, recovered and finished second.  At this point Max has one had firmly on the championship trophy. Moto2 saw Ivan Ortola lead from start to finish. It was a great ride and one of the nest last laps as Ortola's tires were gone and he was under pressure from a much quicker Holgado.  Gonzalez rode a smart race to collect points and extent his championship lead. Finally in MotoGP, Marc Marquez lead every lap of both the sprint and the Sunday main event.  It was total domination.  The Track House riders fined behind Marc in both races.  Ogura is now 14 points behind Martin, with Marc only four more points behind.  Actually the top five riders are all in a fight for the title at the halfway point in the season.     Episode 852: British Superbikes - Snetterton Strife

    This episode, Karl and Danny bring you all the latest from round 4 of the British Superbikes at Snetterton. The three mile airfield circuit gave us a different winner over the three races. Kyle Ryde didn't have it all his own way and a number of technical issues saw some of the front runners dropping out. Your host also cover the real road racing from the Tandragee 100. This 5.3 mile course in Northern Ireland attracts competitors from around the globe and takes place on public roads in County Armagh.     Episode 851: Donington Park WSBK Preview

    Ahead of this weekends 8th round of the WSBK season, Rich, Danny & Karl get together to talk all things Donny. The show is primarily based around last years interviews, but the guys also delve into the history of the Donington Park track. As a track day specialist, Karl takes us on a lap of the circuit and they then discuss some of the runners and riders for the upcoming races. Rich will be at Donington on interview duty again, with talks planned with Jake Dixon, Albert Arenas, Valentin Debise and Miguel Oliveira.     Episode 850: MotoAmerica Ridge - Racing in the Rain at The Ridge

    Scott and Jake review MotoAmerica races at The Ridge in Shelton, Washington.  The relatively young circuit has a wide range of features and significant elevation change.  At the first rainy wet weekend of the MotoA season SDK shows he is quite serious about winning Superbike races, Herrin recovers points in Supersport, Kayla secures yet another pole, and the Talent Cup title fight begins to boil over.  Also, Super Hooligans produces firsts for the Arch team and Northwest talent Andy DiBrino.   Apologies for the dismal recording quality - the infamous Zoom "he's lisping, is he having a stroke?" struck this recording exposing Jake's inexperience once more.     Episode 849: A New Contender To Keep An Ai On

    Jim returns from holiday to join Rich and discuss all the action from Assen.  They cover the news of riders and what teams they will be racing for next year.  The other major news of note is that Yamaha will be the sole supply of new Moto3 bikes based on the R7.   The racing action was as action packed as ever and the Moto3 race was won by Quiles with a great outside move at the chicane.  With this win it seems like Quiles has both hands firmly on this championship Moto action saw Alonso take his second consecutive pole and this time he was able to convert this to a win.  The uptick in Alonso performance now makes HRC's decision to sign him to the MotoGP class seem like less of a gamble.     Episode 848: British Superbike: Two For Ryde, One For The Road

    This episode, Danny and Karl discuss round 3 of the British Superbikes from Knockhill. It wasn't the wet, washout we are used to but in the blazing sunshine, Ryde didn't have it all his own way. Scott Redding pulled off a great win after a red flag halted proceedings in race 3. There were crashes, controversy and an old family name gets to the top of the podium in British Supersport.     Episode 847: MotoGP Czechia – Brno Slaps

    Jim is on vacation, so this week Rich is joined on the pod by co-host Danny Smith to chat through all of the news and goings on from Round 9 at Brno in Czechia. Going into the weekend the news was dominated by the signing at last of the new 5 year commercial agreement between the manufactures and the MotoGP Group. This opens the floodgates for the long delayed 2027 rider moves. On track, the action was a little subdued, with tyre management a feature across the weekend. Nevertheless, Moto3 and Moto2 served up maiden winners, whilst in MotoGP Marc Marquez made major inroads into the points lead of the Aprilia riders, with points leader Bezzecchi attracting a main race ban for an altercation with a marshal in the turn 3 gravel trap. You couldn’t make it up!     Episode 846: World Super Bikes - The Double Header

    Karl and Danny were waylaid with the TT coverage last week so Aragon took a back seat, however, this week, we bring you a double header with both Aragon and Misano. One of the races of the season, with Bulega in trouble, albeit for a short time. Normal service resumed across the weekend with a complete domination and more records broken by Ducati's main man. Surprise surprise, Lecuona was in tow.  Arenas dominated race 2 and is starting to open up a lead in the World Super Sport championship.  The website is on its way soon.
