Even Rokne & Fredrick Wendt talk to us about Skydive Voss and Extreme Sports Week Even Rokne is the king of innhopps - the Kinghopp? Fredrick Wendt is the Operations Manager at Skydive Voss Front Cover of the Norwegian Flag being flown on Mational Day by Chris Todd, photo by Morgan Mackay Rainbow boogie at Skydive Tilstock raincheck Quick Aerodyne Icon Update - new Technical Notice release by Icon. It's not a Service Bulletin or a Safety Bulletin though. Because that would make them liable. #conspiracy AON2 are bringing a new audible to the market and are looking for testers. Could be you? Craig wins Bronze for his performance as Chair of British Skydiving. Craig laments not trying harder to win Silver. Fredrick tells us about Extreme Sports Week and how to pronounce it in Norwegian Ekstrem Sports Veko with Veko meaning Week but that work is only in the area around Voss.  Everyone calls the festival 'Veko' and everyone knows exactly what you mean when you say "the week: There are 52 weeks in a year but there is only ONE WEEK in Voss.  Even discusses skydiving in the free-est sense possible. Voss is the home of innhopps. We know this because Fredrick and Brian are wearing matching brown tshirts that say this. Even tells us about his innhopp project during Veko - sounds incredible Even keeps getting up and banging his phone around making weird noises. Even talks about the first ever Veko was just 4 main sports and 2 smaller sports.  Fredrick talks about the land owner being difficult. Skydive Voss has been around 49 years and they plan to be around another 49 years at least. Local Council has approved a compulsory purchase but now there is a long administrative wait. Hopefully nothing goes wrong. Brian does a night jump and promptly forgets it. Craig got to play on some planes HELP US SPREAD THE WORD
