Love the small talk

I love how listening to this feels like a real conversation between friends who talk about books. It has such an authentic feel.

It grew on me

I admit I did not love this podcast at first....I thought it was a little dull and I wasn’t interested in all the small talk. However, I kept listening and it has become one of my favorite bookish podcasts.
The hosts are highly intelligent and well-read. They do an excellent job of covering difficult topics such as grief and faith in a very thoughtful way. I love the diversity of the books covered and I think this podcast is very inclusive of all types of readers and people in general. I love hearing about the bookstore life. I get so many recommendations new and old from this podcast.
The sound quality could be better.
