Hi! I'm a composer/electronic music producer living in Brooklyn, in the US, and I don't know how I stumbled onto your podcast, but I'm way grateful, because it's fantastic. I don't quite understand how there can be so many people interested in performing and so few people talking about the multitude of crafts, principles, and ideas that go into making something work, no matter the performance medium. I think a great many of the ideas you and your guests discuss translate quite easily across disciplines, so your podcast is a bit of an oasis to me in that regard. And even when the topic *doesn't* directly translate — let's say burlesque tassle-twirling, for instance — there's still a tremendous amount of good information, for me at least, just from the various perspectives displayed about these farcical-yet-technically-difficult elements that are likely a reality of most performers' lives. At any rate, well done! Your podcast is a refreshing dose of positive (well, ish) information from the actual real world, rather than the weird media-hypnotic keep-it-under-five-minutes fantasy. Just sayin'. :) Keep up the great work. Cheers.
