For over three decades I've worked with influential women in corporate and business, helping them reclaim their real identity (which I often refer to as their voice) that got buried under responsibility, comparison, and the pressure to perform.     You Are Ready (You Just Don't Know It Yet)

    Have you ever gone to bed with a clear idea, ready to take action — and woken up the next morning and it's completely gone? And then the cycle repeats. And the voice in your head gets louder, telling you that you've missed your moment. You haven't. In this first episode back, I'm being completely transparent about why I went quiet, what I discovered in the silence, and why the real issue was never about strategy, content or confidence. It was identity. And if I'm honest — I lost my own voice. Even after writing a book about it.
