I don't tend to listen to many game related podcasts due to the fact they are mostly useless. That being said, I find that Jesse, William, and Phill take a different and refreshing approach when discussing games and pop culture. The podcast is filled to the brim with obscure 80's references and odd trains of thought that somehow in the end help to educate the listener about video games and game design in general. From what I can tell, these three actually work in the industry and it is this experience I appreciate most. When debating a topic of discussion they are able to bring in real world experiences and examples that come from an educated and knowledgable background. What I appreciate the most is that these three love games and even during the most heated debate these three never take themselves too seriously. Also, that theme song at the start really sticks with you.
