Where am I from, you ask? My parents are gypsies at heart and when they got the itch to move to another corner of the world, I’d pack up my little suitcase and get ready to carve out another little space for myself in a brand new country. I loved moving! But the problem with feeling comfortable everywhere is that you belong nowhere. And so now at 23, I’m very culturally confused. This podcast will feature fabulous guests chatting about their own struggles and experiences with cultural identity.

In this episode, I talk to three lovely Scottish folk about their experiences. We explore the feeling of community amongst Scottish people, the notion of British identity, the Scottish referendum and more! The guests featured are Verity Power, Aidan Harkins and Katie Megan Weir. Verity is an ArtsEd graduate and was recently in Hysterical Showcase at the Stockwell Playhouse. Aidan is also an actor and is currently appearing in Elegies for Angels, Punks and Ragin Queens at the Union Theatre. Katie is an actor and ArtsEd graduate. She recently performed in Fragments, an evening for new writing.

They shed light on the mixed race experience, being made to feel like the "other" and coming head on with microaggressions. Siena Kelly is an actor. Her recent credits include 'Describe The Night' at the Hampstead Theatre and 'A Christmas Carol' at The Old Vic. Esme Laudat is also an actor. She recently appeared in 'Bromance the musical' at The Other Palace. Her other credits include 'Spamilton' and 'Beautiful - the Carole King Musical'. Melissa Lowe is an actor currently appearing as Sally in the Leicester Curve production of 'The Cat in the Hat'. Other credits include 'Me and My Girl' at Chichester Festival Theatre.

It was recently announced that he is to be joining the new cast of 'Harry Potter and the Cursed Child' at the Palace Theatre.
