The radio shows are like a mini mediation for me …the stories of the clients show an approach to living life that is unusual in this hectic world we live in .I love how David weaves his experiences in with what is going on Post Float for clients. I find after listing i am inspired to do things in my own life differently .Each podcast is a gem .They are like audio short stories with tone and shading and layers of abstractions . It is like having this great library with people telling their own stories , not a narrator . I slow down and reflect just listening to them .

It’s About Self-Care

iFloat Radio is not only about learning what the floatation experience is (a mysterious or unknown topic to many), but it's also about discovering the wisdom and essential nature of slowing down to really see what is going on, and being with WHAT IS in your life. The thrust of many lives is about speeding up, getting more done, & achieving the next goal, when in truth none of that will bring peace of heart and peace of mind. If you need to strive for something, try self-care instead, and see how your life will change before your very eyes. In my own experience, floatation is the quickest and most direct way to s-l-o-w d-o-w-n to be able to listen to the messages your body, your mind, and your heart have for you.

I LOVE iFloat Radio and what David has to say about his own floatation experiences, and how it has enriched his own life. After listening to David, floatation will no longer be a mystery, but rather a great tool and new adventure. He brings much wisdom and compassion to his podcasts, highlighting interesting stories from his many guests. Check the podcast out, take a tour of iFloat if you're near Westport, CT, or find a floatation facility near you. It's all about self-care.

Great topic

Floating and exploration of the mind have been a pursuit of mine for over two years now. I can say that Lilly's Programming and Metaprogramming in the Human Biocomputer book is a foundational framework for a modern approach to who and what we are as human beings.

If the metaphysical and spiritual realms hold any interest for you please consider listening to this podcast and getting more info to take you to the next level. :-)
