Week 4 Summary

1- Hilary Noack. Ink & Iron Auto Hilary showed us that inspiration can be found all around you. Everyone has something to share if we have the ears to listen. 2- Lance Watkins. Stat Solutions Lance perfectly explained the features of this amazing tool! He also walked us trough the past, present and future of one of the most innovative companies in the industry. We truly enjoyed his speech tonight. 3- Olivia Cook. In a time where instant gratification is assumed and expected, Olivia brought us a dose of patience, passion and a timely never give up message. From sweeping floors to painting million dollars boats, Olivia keep raising the bar. The future is bright... 4- Jose Iniguez. Week 3 Summary

Continuously growing together... 1- Matt Kilpatrick. Axalta Tonight we learn more about a brand that we love and we use on our daily basis... Matt explained us past, present and future of the biggest and most amazing paint manufacture in the automotive industry. 2- Paul Hensman. Henchman Hotrods. It’s hard to find a person that you can talk to about pretty much anything. Paul is ‘that’ guy. 3- Olivia Cook. In a time where instant gratification is assumed and expected, Olivia brought us a dose of patience, passion and a timely never give up message. From sweeping floors to painting million dollars boats, Olivia keep raising the bar. The future is bright... 4- Kristen Felder. Collision Hub Kristen is truly an inspiration for anyone in this industry. Perfect combination of: Breaking boundaries, pushing laws, continuously learning and being your worst enemy lol (she said that). Tonight, she was very clear and precise on her concepts and we definitely all went to sleep planing few improvements for tomorrow. 5- Hope Emma. Tonight, Hope reminded us the importance of embracing mistakes as a source of learning and innovating. Stay positive, work hard and make it happen.

Savage PPE Everyone love Aric and we didn’t know why until tonight! Straight forward concepts, experience and humbleness... all in one human body 3- Ginger & Tim Briggs. Collision Edge Ginger and Tim gave us a nice dose of real business talk tonight! Far from drinking margaritas at the beach, this cool couple work harder than you can imagine to support their family and bring innovative solutions to our imperfect industry. 4- Kirk Lucas. Lumaiii Just in case you thought everything was invented in this world... Kirk disrupted the industry with an amazing and unique product! Youth powered by passion behind one of the most innovative tools out there. 5- Carl Avery. Carl Avery Studios Carl has never stopped creating since being inspired by his dad’s gift! He might be from a small town but he is not afraid to play in the big leagues. You can literally spot his talent and quality from miles away!
