    How to Add Walking to Your Daily Routine

    Welcome to this week's episode of the Igniting Your Health podcast.         This week I'm talking about how getting into a daily walking routine can be done with ease. Sometimes we just overthink things, we plan it all out but we never take action. I’m going to make it easy for you in 3 easy step! And I'll share these step with you that will help you make walking a daily part of your routine without feeling like you’re giving anything up in return. Before you start any activity routine, please make sure you clear it with your doctor first. Because you don’t want to start adding a walking routine to your daily activity with an existing injury or medical concern. It wasn't long ago that I went from a position of being in control of my health to a position of overwhelm and frustration because I felt out of touch with time and doing everything for our new family addition, without consideration of my own daily healthy choices and habits.   After years of trial and error, combined with my extensive knowledge of health promotion and injury prevention, I wanted to create courses and programs that were not just a “one size fits all”. Because I know how different we all are … our body’s react and adapt very differently to exercise.        I wanted to create a lifestyle awareness that allows busy moms and woman alike to take back control of their health without having to give anything up in exchange. And now, as I add personalized coaching to the mix, my mission is to inspire and empower all women struggling with their weight, time management, and overall health so that they can transform their lives to one of understanding exercise and the benefits of health promotion leaving them full of confidence and in control of their health.     How to make your health goals a reality!

    This week I’m talking about how you can achieve your health goal … especially when you’re just starting out, feeling stuck and not knowing where to even begin, or maybe when you’re somewhere in the middle of reaching your goal but you fell off track and not sure how you can do something different to keep you motivated to continue. You’ve probably set health goals before … as we all have at one point in time or another.
